Jenny is so professional and very kind with their customers, she even walked an older couple out the door! Beautiful salon inside and welcoming staff! They love to service customers of all ages, especially high school, middle school, and elementary school students! If you ask for hair stylists Dan Zhou, there’s a special discount price for all the students I mentioned earlier.

Highly recommented this place. I had my hair cut and permed yesterday. Absolutely 💯 love my style. Jenny has a good taste in hair style! She is a truly experienced hair stylist.

I've had my hair straightened by Jenny a few times now, and honestly, I'm pretty pleased with how it turns out. The whole thing takes about 3-4 hours, so I usually bring a book or some work to keep to myself. What I like about the hair salon is that it has this sort of low-key community feel. People from the neighborhood come and go, which is apparently a common thing in Korean culture. It adds a laid-back, comfortable vibe to the place.

I made an appointment to get my hair cut. I showed up on time, but she made me wait for an hour while she worked on doing make up for another customer. She didn't appologize or even say a word. I left and didn't go there for ten years. Lately I decided to give her a chance again. I went without an appointment because appointment makes no sense in my past experience with her. I got there and asked if she has time for a haircut. She said just wait 20 minutes. So I got my spot in 20 minutes. She started to rush through my hair cut like cutting grass. She finished in about 7 minutes. I asked why no shampoo. She said no time. My $35 price includes shampoo and blow dry. She said she still had to charge me $35. She didn't tell me before my hair cut that she didn't have time for shampoo and blow dry. Again she never apologized and took my $35. The service I got only worths $5. She may be nice to some of her other customers, but very rude to me in these experiences that I just shared.

A good hair stylist for guys. Jenny works fairly fast and I never had trouble getting a same day appointment with her. She does a cut and wash. I don't know about the other stylists but Jenny is fairly nice and makes you feel very comfortable in the salon chair.

I just went for a haircut, the owner suggested me to dye a new color and gave me a discount, I agreed, the color after dyeing is the same as my original hair color, I asked to re-dye it, the owner was very unhappy She chased me away and said that many of the customers waiting did not have time for me .Not only was the discount not fulfilled as she promised, but also charged me an extra $5.I looked at the receipt the next day and found out which I hadn’t thought of at all! Very angry and will never go to this store again.

There's a lot of women that come here but they cut men's hair pretty well too. You might have a better experience if you speak Korean but they do speak English. Great for conservative and simple haircuts that look great.
