I had a great first experience at The Factory! I knew I would be in good hands when I received the confirmation email, asking me about beverage and conversation preferences. I booked a second appointment with Avery, so that says everything you need to know. Her consultation showed me she was knowledgeable about different styles and together we came up with a cut I was ready for and comfortable with. She explained how to style my hair and what products I need would improve the health and look of my hair on a daily basis. I loved the blow out at the end. Overall, she was pleasant to work with, attentive, and mostly importantly skilled. Oh and the scalp massage was amazing!

I had an amazing experience getting my long hair cut into layers! Tori did such a beautiful job — the cut is exactly what I wanted, and I absolutely love how it turned out. She was incredibly thorough, taking her time to make sure everything was perfect. On top of that, she was fun, kind, and made the whole appointment enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend her!

Harper is phenomenal! She is very detail oriented and took the time to make sure my haircut was perfect. I’m very picky about my hair (my friends make fun of me for this) and I was sincerely blown away with the results. This is the best haircut I’ve gotten and I will definitely be recommending Harper to friends and family.

Absolutely LOOOOOOOVE my hair 😍! I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I absolutely love how my hair color came out—it’s beautiful and perfectly done. The service was outstanding, as always. Avery is extremely skilled at her craft, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I loved the final result. The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable, and I always feel confident putting my hair in her hands.

The hairstylists I have seen are Harper and Kaye. Two wonderful and talented stylists! Kaye saved my hair from two past horrible hair coloring experience. She's amazing! She has limited scheduling so you need to call ahead! She cuts hair like REALLY WELL. It comes out so good! Harper is amazing as well! She listens well to you and is gentle with your hair. She has solved my hair problems as well. Love these two ladies!

I truly enjoyed my appointment with Harper. She is professional and I genuine. She is easy to talk to, a good listener, and I felt completely understood regarding what I was hoping to achieve with my hair. And I must especially highlight the scalp and shoulder massage – it was, without a doubt, the best I've ever experienced. It added an incredibly relaxing and luxurious touch to the entire appointment, making the visit truly exceptional. Overall, I left feeling refreshed and very happy with the results. Harper is a literal hair goddess. She is so kind and amazing at her job. She was definitely meant to do this. She also gives me the best scalp massage of my LIFE. Feeling so grateful I found her! I’ve never enjoyed getting my hair done so much.
