Vibes are everything here. My son had an appointment for braids. The owner finished in a timely manner and did an amazing job!!! We definitely will be back. She also has jewelry and lots of natural hair products for sale.

Love Ms. Gloria's work! She will have your locs looking good and healthy. She definitely knows what she is doing and makes u feel comfortable in her chair. She has other services she slays as well. You are missing out if u haven't been into experience the fabulous work of Ms. G.

One of the absolute worst experiences I’ve had. The stylist was extremely rude constantly and always blamed me for the way my hair is even though I’ve come to her every two months. She is constantly complaining about how late she does my hair even though she is the one who has appointments up to 2am and those timings were the only ones offered to me. I had an appointment at 12 and she did not start on my hair till 2 because she was busy working on other clients, she has always been overbooked and cannot manage time properly. My last service she was supposed to install dreads but never ended up finishing them because it was too late and tells me to come another day but when I tried to book two days after she never responded for 4 months even though I paid in full, and when she did finally get me an appointment she tried to charge me again. Every appointment has been a pain, she is constantly rude and making rude side comments and just doesn’t treat me as a paying customer. Do not book her.

Been going to Ms G for a while now . And l can say she is the best in my opinion . Friendly ,customer service oriented , always make her customers feel lonely they are at home and comfortable is her salon . She is open convenient hours and some . SHE IS OPEN TILL MIDNIGHT y'all .What!!!!!!! Say not more I am not saying this for bronie points . She is definitely the best in in Denton . Loved by her customers who come see here near and far even from Oklahoma to Atlanta. Call her because she will tell you the truth and realistic expectations and outcomes. She is one of the longest consistenst stylist 22 years and counting . All ethnicities welcome she does everyone and very talented with locs on any hair textures . A beast with sew ins and more. I've seen Ms. G twice, once for faux locs and then goddess braids, and it was perfect every time. Ms. G is kind, quick, knowledgeable, and fun to chat with throughout every appointment. It was my first time having my hair braided in years, so I was a bit intimidated going in (hoping I had the right products and that I could explain the style I wanted correctly), but Ms G. melted away any worries I had and followed what I wanted perfectly! I can't recommend her salon enough!
