I had a Brazilian blow out last summer. Service was really bad the stylist was rude and literally told me she should’ve charged me more for my hair even though it’s not thick but was a little long. The treatment didn’t help at all in fact I still saw some wavy pattern since my hair is naturally wavy and the treatment has fried it. It looks like plastic hair now. They use really cheap untrusted products for their Brazilian blowouts. I suspect the formula they used for me had formaldehyde which is a really hazardous chemical used in cheap hair products. I couldn’t breathe and instead of that stylist (I don’t recall her name) being sympathetic she was even more rude and telling me how she could’ve charged me more. I felt humiliated. Terrible service. Never have a Brazilian blowout. First it won’t last second their products are cheap. Not recommended at all for people with formaldehyde allergies. They didn’t even bother test a strand before the procedure they only care about how much will you pay them. My hair still knots until now from their bad hair treatment that’s anything but a Brazilian blowout.

Abe is an amazing hairstylist and a true lifesaver. He’s a kind and genuine person who worked magic on my niece’s hair after it was botched by another stylist. We’re so grateful for his incredible talent and magical hands!

I love how my hair came out. I got highlights and a cut. Mona did an amazing job! Highly recommend ❤️

I called the salon for a pixie cut and highlights for my 16 year old. The salon told me it was $120 for a cut, style, and full dye. We were busy so we couldn’t go with her so she went alone at the right appointment time. After the cut was done they charged her $210 and wouldn’t give her a receipt. Be aware of their scam.

I saw Fatema and let me say I walked in a hot mess and walked out absolutely loving my cut and color! I had been going to a different salon for about 10 months spending 300 every appointment walking out unhappy I should have stopped going there long before I stopped but I kept giving them another chance ! All it got me was damaged hair with a ton of breakage:( I’m so happy I found Fatema she is knowledgeable in her work very friendly , honest and did a fantastic job I almost cried I was so happy with my hair! Thank you Fatema for giving me exactly what I was looking for !!

AVOID AT ALL COST! I would give 0 stars if I could for the ageism and the burglary my sister just received. My sister, who is a frequent customer made an online booking for style and hair, which according to Salon 360's website states is priced at 40 dollars. When my sister went to her appointment, she told the hairstylist (Asma) that she would like waves. Asma proceeded to give her curls and not even a mirror, which my sister asked for, to see the final result. Once my sister reached the front desk, they charged her 75 dollars. Please look at the picture below and you can be the judge if that looks 75 dollars worthy. No sponge, No teasing, and no Extensions. The justification for the price? that my sisters hair was long. If this was the case why was there not an agreement of there being an up-charge before the stylist started? My mom had to talk to them about the ageism that my sister encountered causing them to lower the price to 65. This is not worth 65 dollars. Email me personally and I will give you a list of salons in the Dearborn area, and a picture of my sister from another salon, where she paid 65 dollars and received quality work on her hair as proof. This preying on an innocent 16 year old is disgusting and borderline abusive. This was not the first time my sister has came to the salon and for her to be treated like this infuriates me. If an agreement of an up-charge and quality work that equates to that up-charge was given, this review would have been completely different. If the work was worth the money we would pay, I have paid 300 dollars for my hair without blinking an eye due to good customer service and a job well done. This is just plain wrong, my sister is now crying instead of getting ready for a fun night at homecoming. Imagine this was your little sister, daughter, niece etc. Be the judge and decide if you would want to be the next 'customer' to endure this injustice.

I walked into the salon with fear as I never colored my hair before and I was a bit hesitant because I am extremely sensitive about my hair. I also wanted a haircut bc my hair became too long and as its curly it’s hard to manage. Iman took over immediately I walked in and asked me what I wanted. I love the results, she did my hair so good. They charged me $220 for a a haircut, highlights and styling which I kinda feel like overpriced but it’s worth it. I definitely recommend Iman. She’s amazing.
