Started seeing Jessie at Salon on Rahn and been with her ever since! She’s amazing and aims to do the best for your hair and succeeds!! The salon itself is a very welcoming space with great decor!

I’ve been coming to Derailed for a few months now and the atmosphere here is top notch. Everyone is so nice, and always happy vibes here! Jessie does such an AMAZING job on my hair! Her vibes are unmatched to any other stylist I’ve met, she takes amazing care of me every single time. Absolutely 10/10 recommend!

Love love love Mindy! She does a fantastic cut and color but also she is so personable you feel like a friend whenever you call or go. Her advice and eye for what flatters you is spot on and her skill level can pull off whatever you desire. Great place!

I have been having Mindy cut,color and style my hair for years. Ever since I've been to Derailed,I haven't gone anywhere else. My hair has never been healthier and it always looks great without any time needed for me to fix,unless I want to..she makes this 60 year old look younger ❤and funky....

I love this cute salon. The owner, Ally is an amazing hair stylist that loves what she does. I have always loved how she colors my hair. She is the best hair stylist i have ever had. The salon is also in a great location, in the middle of the oregon district in dayton, ohio. You can get your hair done then walk over to get a drink or dinner right after your new hair cut or color is finished with.

Had an appt at 10:30 this morning with Drea. The salon was locked up tight and she didn't show up. I left a message and she texted me back that she was in the hospital with her mom who was having a heart attack and having triple bypass surgery. Half an hour later I passed the salon and she was working on a client. ??? Prayers for her mom.

Omg just got my hair done by vicki! She Is amazing. Girls if you want a hair stylist that listens and wont just start taking inches off your hair and wants to keep your length definitely go to this place. I love love love vicki as my hair stylist.
