A beautiful place with professionals and a very cozy atmosphere. Vanessa was amazing and really took her time to do exactly the haircut I wanted. Definitely a place to add to my favorites

It was my 1st time there and booked my appointment with Liz for a medium haircut and perm back in Oct. I didnt know that she broke her arm 5 weeks prior to my appointment and only recently returned to hair cutting (her arm was in a brace). Instead of turning me away or asking to reschedule, she sat me down to see what we could work with. Her and her husband made an awesome team! They took care of me and gave me exactly what I wanted! It's hard for me to take time off from work so I was glad Liz was still able to take me on. I definitely will be coming back! Thank for the wonderful experience 🙂

This place is awesome. It was recommended to me by another hair dresser who had recently retired. I got a Brazilian blowout by Elizabeth. The moment you enter the atmosphere it's electric. There is music playing and even some spurts of dancing and singing. There was a little shop dog named Diego. However, I didn't get photos of him since he was only a pup and I didn't want to spook him, but he was adorable. Although the shop was busy, the workers stayed attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend this place and am even excited about my next appointment.

Great salon, very pleased with my hair! (The layers don’t show well in the photo, but in real life, they look great!) Booking an appointment was super easy with their online system, no need to call. When I arrived, I was quickly greeted and attended to. They started by carefully and thoroughly washing and shampooing my hair. I showed Vanessa (my stylist) a photo of the look I wanted, a mullet with bangs, and she professionally cut my long, straight, thick hair. She made sure I was happy with every step: the length, the layers, and the style. She also gave me a few product tips and wrapped everything up within the hour. The staff were caring and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was laid-back and relaxing (especially nice after a long day of classes). The haircut was reasonably priced at $35 (before tip). I’ll definitely be coming back to Picasso Hair Salon and recommending it to my friends in the area.

Liz has been doing my hair for quite a few years now. We have been through many styles and cuts, she has never disappoints. I appreciate that she listens and guides me through my ever changing styles. She is dedicated to her craft and constantly evolving to give her clients the best results. A visit to Picasso is a must if you are in Davis, CA.

Traci did my hair and make up for my wedding! She was the BEST. I did a bridal trial with her and felt comfortable relaying my vision! She was reliable and my curls lasted days later. I have thick hair and don’t trust my hair with everyone but Traci rocked it!
