I really enjoyed working with Desi. She is professional and friendly. Her communication is excellent, I got the exact cut I wanted. The last time I saw her she gave me recommendations for hair products that helped make my hair healthy and strong. I moved to the area a few years ago and it took me a few tries to find a hair stylist that I can trust with my hair. I am super glad I found Desi!

I love E street Salon, I don’t go anywhere else. All the stylists are great and I especially love the way Amber cuts my hair. She always listens patiently when I tell her how id like my hair cut and gives really great suggestions! I always get excited when I have an appointment with her because I know I’ll look great afterwards! I also always love our conversations ☺️

Desi is a miracle worker, plain and simple. I came in to see her a few months ago after a long stint without seeing a stylist; my last one cut my hair far shorter and thinned out my hair without really consulting me. She heard me out, offered advice, and told me that the first cut likely wouldn't be exactly what I would like it to be, and that it might take another two before I got the shape I was looking for. Even after that first visit, I saw a MAJOR difference in my hair and how it sat on my head. My second appointment, and I'm even happier with how she's cut and shaped my hair. And she's listened to every one of my concerns and honored each of them when she took her scissors to my hair. I'm not longer dreading looking in the mirror every day; thank you so much, Desi!

Desi was lovely!! It was my first time at the salon so I was a bit nervous, but she was so easy to talk to and not at all intimidating!! I love how my hair turned out and I’ve gotten many compliments since 🙂

In my opinion this is the hands down best salon! I’ve been going to E St. since it opened more than a decade ago. I followed 4 of the stylists to this salon. Vanessa by far is the best stylist I’ve been to. She listens, advises and the outcome is always exactly what I hoped for. The energy in the salon is relaxing, warm and welcoming. Prior to finding Vanessa I had popped around many salons not ever finding a place I liked, I will be here forever more!

Today was my first visit to E Street Salon. Jose Gomez did an exceptional job, satisfying this fastidious customer as only one other stylist (long gone) has managed in the over 50 years I have lived in Davis. What a waste of decades of discontent with my haircuts in Davis! The fact that he is an interesting and admirable person is an added bonus.

I had a great experience with Desiree! She’s super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. I really appreciated how attentive she was—she kept checking in to make sure I was happy with my haircut every step of the way. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to leave feeling good. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
