I had no experience. I received a gift card and lost track of it. When I came across it I read on the back there was no expiration date. I called to verify only to find out that since they have a new computer system this can only be used if I have the gift receipt. Granted it has been quite a few years since receiving it but 'no expiration date' should mean that. I was never given a gift receipt nor would I have hung on to it this long. Whatever!

I've been a customer for many years today I got the worst haircut ever from Emily. I went home and cried. It was completely uneven and nothing like I asked for.

Can't speak for the whole salon, but personally I love Cindy and grateful for her and her talents. I can't always afford to tip her as she deserves, but I hope she knows she's appreciated.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Sierra is so sweet and takes excellent care of my hair. Claudia and Jessica in the spa make you feel like royalty. I always get a warm greeting when I come in the door. An offer of water, tea or coffee and they take your coat. It is so relaxing! I see the more senior stylists always helping and offering helpful advice. It is a great place!

Absolutely amazing staff, literally the sweetest...All of them! HOWEVER if this place is going to charge $45 for a spa pedicure please let your atmosphere reflect that...Message chairs sucked, the cleanliness of the nail room is pretty sad along with the outdated decor down to the doily on the middle table. It’s just honestly horrible...ALSO I was charged $15 for a basic nail painting. My son wanted his toes painted. That was it, no clipping nothing and that’s $15!? I’m not cheap by any means, I strongly feel the price does not reflect well. I would prefer to see good taste in atmosphere, decor, and at least a little pampering for that price. I only came before my regular salon was booked and it was a last minute choice a friend and I wanted to get together and do. Won’t be back. Bummed I paid $65 (that’s without tip. They deserved there over 20% I left due to they were awesome) for the most basic pedicure, poor color choices, tacky, and unsanitary nail room.

William Wesley is once again improving the shop and their services and even with the construction everything neat and clean. Brittany gave me a lovely haircut and the prices are reasonable. I can't wait to see how the remodeling project turns out!
