I had a great experience at Miracelly salon. It was my first time and I felt welcomed. Miracelly worked on my hair and Erica was an excellent assistant, and she was very tentative. Both worked on my hair and I felt like a Princess. I wanted something different and something new, needed a makeover and they made it happened for me. Thank you. Will be coming back.

DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL COSTS. I went for an appointment with the owner, Miracelly, to get my hair highlighted from dark brown to blonde. I showed a picture detailing the color I wanted, "dark/natural blonde", after a painstaking two hours, my hair came out bright white blonde (see attached images). The color was so far off, and anything but "natural" looking. The whole time, the owner was distracted, conversating with other people, talking loudly in a foreign language in my ear. Meanwhile, her dog, Coco, was barking obnoxiously loud... so loud it hurt my ears, also running around, eating plants, causing even more distraction to which the owner/person doing my hair would constantly leave and go put her dog in a pen. After my hair was dyed, she threw in a glaze, (which I didn't ask for), and drove the cost of service way higher. She didn't ask if I happy with it and seemed rushed to leave the workplace. Now I'm left with bright white hair that I need to get corrected and $115 down the drain. I rarely write reviews, but feel the need to save you all from absolutely terrible, unprofessional, service. Do not go here, pick anywhere else.

Way too expensive for a low grade salon in a not so great area. My bill came out to over seven hundred dollars for your typical highlighting procedure and vegan glaze. There were not many customers so they apparently justified it by taking long on the highlights and recommending two glazes. I have medium fine hair and have never been told I need two rounds of glaze. I was kindly offered a glass of wine that tasted bitter. Very strange to say the least because most people will check a drink before it’s poured. It is a foreign salon so they are not familiar with American etiquette. There is a cultural disconnect so you may feel like either they are assuming you’re an American who wastes money or they’ve already assumed you’re un knowledgeable about hair and therefore justify overcharging. There are two types of foreign salons, one that does a great/average job and charges below average to average rates. The second type advertises doing above average work and on occasion will go the extra mile but will absolutely overcharge since they created the illusion of an above average foreign salon. This one is the latter and who wouldn’t find a well advertised above average foreign salon enticing. For me: No justification for overcharge = No return to the salon. Although a friendly salon, that is subtracted by the cost. To the guy that wrote the post before me sorry to hear you had to deal with a dog during a hair treatment. That sounds super ghetto.

From the moment I walked in I loved the place. It is beautiful, feels relaxing, and is well organized. Teresa is so friendly and provides her expertise in a passionate and professional manner. She conducted an assessment of my hair and offered hair repair treatments and other options to strengthen my hair. Today, she did a balayage in my hair and I am absolutely in love with the results. Teresa and all the staff at Miracellys salon are amazing. And they offer you cappuccino too!

I've been a client for a few years, and I've always been very well assisted, with professionalism, and a lot of affection, Teresa is a fantastic person, always very attentive to what the client wants, and also an excellent professional, who is always looking to update herself, to bring the most modern to the customer, I always recommend!

I really love coming here! The ladies are so friendly and they make you feel so comfortable. I love my hairdresser Erika, she never disappoints me and is so meticulous with her work. They offer so many services and I highly recommend them!

I have used Miracelly Salon & Spa for years. It’s always a great experience. Miracelly is always educating herself to offer the best services and products available. I have a very busy life and my time at the Salon is very restful and enjoyable! Did I mentioned the delicious cappuccino? 😋 ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
