I finally found my hairstylist !!! I’ve had my hair ruined at other places, so I waited almost two years to rejuvenate my hair and before trusting anyone again. Alondra listened to everything I wanted and gave me the most beautiful balayage and cut that frames my face perfectly. She’s so knowledgeable about blondes and it helps that she’s a L’Oréal Educator and helped me pick the perfect tone for my skin. I’m obsessed with my hair now 100% recommend her! She also worked on my mom and my mom is super picky and I’ve never seen her so comfortable with someone and came out obsessed with her hair

So happy this salon now has an amazing nail tech Elena! She does both mani and pedi super gently and with so much attention to detail. My cuticles have never looked this clean — everything was done so neatly and carefully. Honestly, this is the best Russian manicure in Dallas!

Very unfortunate but Elena the nail technician is very unprofessional. I’ve been a loyal client of her’s since she was at The Best Nails salon, and when she reached out and told be she was going to be working at a new salon I followed her there. She reached out again for the 2nd time and told me she was now going on her own and starting at this salon here at Tru Salon and I expressed excitement for her. I just went to try and book with her but noticed she deleted the link out of the text message so I texted her trying to get the link but never got a response, so I thought maybe she was just busy and didn’t respond so I found her on instagram and booked my appointment and 10 min later the appointment was canceled, I thought maybe there was a glitch in the system so I called this salon and the receptionist was very pleasant and she was able to book the appointment but 1 min later that appointment was canceled. So I called this morning again to see if she could talk to Elena to see why my appointments kept getting canceled and she wasn’t answering any of my text messages, the only thing I could think of is that she didn’t want to service me for whatever reason because why else would my appts keep getting canceled. But the receptionist came back and told me that Elena said she is no longer taking me for a client. I was very shocked. I asked her, why that makes no sense as she had just texted me letting me know she was going to be working here at this salon and she had just did my nails the following week upon informing so what changed. The receptionist said they don’t get involved with issues like that as that is between the technician and customer which is totally understandable. However it’s undeniably unprofessional and rather delusional on Elena’s end that she stopped taking me as a client out of nowhere considering I’ve been very loyal and then didn’t even bother to at least let me know. She could have at least texted me back to tell me she wasn’t going to service me and the reason why. Below is our text thread where she reached out to me on June 30th telling me she’s going on her own and I had just got my nails done by her June 28th 2 days prior to her reaching out to me and everything was fine. And it shows me repeatedly asking for the booking link unaware that she decided not to even service me. If you’re not going to service someone why text me the new place you were going to be working. The whole thing is just strange and shady in my opinion. Very unprofessional to loyal clients and flaky. So If you’re looking for a nail tech don’t book Elena just go elsewhere save yourself the headache and the weirdness.

Diana has been my go to for the last 6 months. She is super talented and sweet! I’m so happy I found Diana! It’s now October 2025 and I still love having my hair done by Diana. I literally have random strangers come up to me to give me compliments on my hair. That’s how good she is!!!

Elena, the new nail tech, is amazing. Super meticulous, and really nice as well. A wonderful addition to my favorite salon.

Derek cuts my hair. Best cut I have had. Salon is pretty and very comfortable! And Kimberly, that takes calls and makes the appointments, is very nice! Class act all the way around.

Mollie Chetelat

I went to this salon for the first time ever this month and I am always anxious about trying out a new stylist. However, Diana gave me the most beautiful haircut that lays perfectly and was exactly what I asked for. I don't know how she is one of the more affordable stylists as her skills are of a level 3. 10/10 experience.
