I had an amazing experience at this head spa! I booked the One package with Hana, which included a massage, and it was my first time ever getting a scalp treatment. Hana was incredibly informative and walked me through each step, making the whole process feel comfortable and easy. I left with a rejuvenated scalp, noticeably softer hair, and feeling completely relaxed. It was such a refreshing experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend, especially if it’s your first time!

I didn’t realize how much my scalp needed care until I came here. The Head Spa experience at One & Hana Dallas was beyond relaxing — warm water, gentle massage, and calm music made it feel like time stopped for a while. The massage was incredibly soothing and refreshing; I could literally feel all the tension leaving my body. My scalp felt clean, hydrated, and refreshed afterward. If you’re dealing with dryness or stress, this place is a must. It’s the perfect spot to relax your mind and reset your scalp.

This entire experience was incredible. Hana was extremely kind, and friendly. She explained every step along the way and was very informative on what I was experiencing. She catered to my needs, and was open to having friendly conversations with myself and the plus one I had brought along with me. Hana was very gracious with her work and was very polite. 10/10 experience, I will be coming back and I will be referring her to other people.

This was my first visit, and I tried the Hana package and I absolutely loved it! My hair and scalp feel so refreshed, and the entire experience was incredibly relaxing. Amazing experience! They were able to take me as a walk-in. I got the Hana & One head spa treatment and facial. We started with a scalp analyze and from there additional individualized treatments were recommended. I got a scalp scrub with seaweed moisture mask with a co-enzyme facial moisture mask. They also provided a shoulder, neck, and scalp massage. Extremely relaxing. The second scalp analyze showed a clean and moisturized scalp. She ended the session with a cool air blow dry to seal the follicle. Highly recommend!

Hana was so kind to explain me all the process and products and the treatment process. She used hand made shampoo and products that she makes in house using organic Korean herbs and essential oil. Not only my hair and scalp feel clean and rejuvenated, I feel super fresh! Will definitely be back and will be inviting my friends as well.

This was my first time going to a head spa and I have to say Hana made it an amazing experience. All their products smelled so good. In the before and after scalp analysis you can clearly see the difference. I took Hana head spa and 30 min facial. My main complaints were my scalp being dry and that’s why I wanted to do the spa. Hana did not unnecessarily push me to do extra stuff. She did a great job with removing all the gunk from my hair. She was very sweet and explained each step clearly. I would definitely recommend the facial too for that extra relaxing experience. I have sensitive skin and none of the products felt too intense. She also gives plenty of options for masks and creams. Definitely worth the price!
