He is truly amazing and one of the very few hairstylists I’ve come across—after visiting many—who really understands how to properly cut South Asian hair. I had been on the hunt for a new hair stylist that knows how to cut a bob hair cut for a while, I had my cut by 5 different stylists when I finally found Derek Sansone. He even took other variables into account such as the season and what style of tops I wear into account in order to pick the most flattering bob cut for me. I had to position my head in many different ways that no other stylist asked me to do and I had full confidence that he knew what he was doing the whole time. I knew just by reading all the positive Google reviews and also based on our discussion that he was truly passionate about what he does and I had finally found my forever hair stylist. Derek is hands down the most talented hairstylist I've met. He created the most beautiful, natural, and seamless blonde color on my hair, and his haircut technique is truly perfection. Derek was phenomenal. He created a pleasant welcoming environment and he listened to all my needs. He is clearly an experienced expert in the industry. I am so thrilled with my new haircut! Derek did his magic on my hair and it feels, looks and moves so much differently now! Wow! I have long, fine wavy hair and wanted to keep the length but add movement. Derek understood what I wanted and I put my trust in him (which isn't easy for me since I've been misunderstood in the past). He made me feel very comfortable and his prices are fair.
