They are very polite and even as students they are on top of listening to the customers and giving them what they want. Both of the girls that did my childrens hair did a great job. Shout out to Maggie and Madison for everything. We will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful experience at SoHo academy in council Bluffs. Madison did a great job with my daughter’s cut and style. We showed up and they were giving free cuts the day we came so we only paid $5 for the style. Amazing deal, amazing service. Great job Madison!

Elizabeth Was amazing! She asked questions to better understand what was wanted even though it was just a wax I can tell she takes pride in her work. Over all the experience was great! Super chill environment. Prices are affordable All the ladies were either working with a client or busy practicing I thought it was wonderful!I have no complaints and Think I’ll be returning. I know it’s not required but Wish I would have known tips were cash only so I will be prepared in the future.

Haley was such a sweetheart she was amazing! Did a great job as I know it may have been hard because of my tremors and head shaking. I thank her I feel and look so much better. I'm happy with the outcome

today claire cut my hair and did a mask treatment and they did amazing! they are very attentive and makes sure you get what you want! they are super friendly and very easy to talk to 🙂

I think it’s pretty universal that everybody knows you cannot lift super dark hair with 20 volume. 20 is typically used to DEPOSIT color into the hair . When I initially called the lady was rude to begin with . I drove 20 miles to have the student not know what she was doing and the instructor also didn’t have much knowledge. Saying if they use 30 Volume it could come out looking like raccoon stripes . I know my hair better then they do obviously made several hints about using 30 V . As a hair stylist I educated the the student that you can not do a successful attempt at lifting dark brown hair- black especially box dye hair with a 20 Volume. 30/40 volume is best. Either they were lazy to do the service because " they get out at 2:30" or they just didn’t want to service me ! Now I’m walking around with a bleached section in my hair that the stylist suggested to " cut off" because no one will "notice".

I had a great haircut and style from Jewel at SOHO Hair Academy. She was so sweet and conscientious getting the look I was going for while checking in regularly with her instructor. Definitely going back when it’s time for a trim.
