My facial with Lorrie was absolutely the best I have ever experienced! As an existing salon client, I received a complimentary facial and decided to enhance my appointment with brow shaping and dermaplaning — and I am so glad I did. I’ve had many facials at different places in Corpus Christi, but this was hands down the most exceptional experience. The products felt luxurious and indulgent — almost like sitting at a beautifully prepared dessert table filled with luscious fruits. Every detail was thoughtful and sensory. Lorrie’s professionalism and expert care immediately put me at ease. With over 30 years of experience, her confidence and skill are evident. She truly knows her craft, understands her products thoroughly, and has an exceptional ability to evaluate your skin and determine exactly what it needs. Lorri never disappoints! I love my haircut & style. The remodel is beautiful and Tkaya (receptionist) is super sweet & helpful! I enjoyed a watermelon icee drink and took home some beautiful and unique tops from their clothes rack. I also signed up for a membership for future specials and services package that promises terrific discounts on their many services. Looking forward to all of it!

I absolutely love design concepts, I tell everyone about how great Cody and Guinevere are. I decided to take my sister on a last minute appointment for her and I was so grateful they were able to fit her in. I got details on price since each hair stylist is different. Her first experience was not a great one. The hair stylist whose name starts with a J? Asked her if she wanted something to her hair while washing it and the hair stylists failed to disclose it was going to be $38. Please if there’s any extra charges verbalize them at that moment… would you like a mask? It’s $38… that way we can decide. So her first experience was not a great one. Ruined our moment because she felt obligated to pay after I told her I’d pay for her. The charge was taken off after speaking to the stylist but still a bad first experience for my sister. I’d still go back, I love the experience with my hair stylist.

First time at design concepts, Guinevere was the lovely lady that cared for me. I had a facial and a luxury hair wash and dry. She was amazing, she was gentle. I loved my experience there. I will be looking forward to coming back and asking more questions about their skin care products and what best suits my needs.

Lori is always takes care of me and makes sure I am happy with my hair. She is very professional and experienced! I will definitely continue to come to her for my hair needs. The reward programs are great and the boutique area has so many cute items all local vendors. They are having a special to promote and support local.

This salon is very welcoming. From the warm greetings you receive upon entering the door to the heartfelt embrace you receive from your stylist or esthetician. Everyone there is very helpful and friendly. Lorri is my go to person for facials. She is fantastic.
