I had a pedicure scheduled for Valentine’s Day. I’m from out of town so I chose a place based on reviews and website statements. First, I was scheduled for 1:30 and had to wait until 1:50 for it to start. Which fine… if everything else had been great. I wasn’t. I was left sitting in tepid water that grew cold without a massage chair, because theirs don’t massage. Also would have been closer to fine if my pedicure actually lasted an hour, but it didn’t unless you count the more than 15 mins I was instructed to sit with my toes drying under the fan/light. The "massage portion" lasted about 3 mins a leg. The towels wrapped around my legs were just dry out of the cabinet. And then for some reason, even though they tout high cleansing standards, I also had to wear uncomfortable (super tight) used and dirty flip flops for my drying process, even though I specifically wore sandals to keep my nails pristine. I chose this salon based on their statements that 1) they start on time, 2) they have high hygiene standards and 3) I was scheduled for an hour. This was not a pedicure experience, this was I just paid someone $76 (with tip) to cut and paint my nails. I can do that for almost free at home. When I splurge on a pedicure I expect it to be relaxing, and everywhere else I’ve been it is. I would not recommend. Side notes: the girl painting my nails was nice and I wanted my nails that short due to a break on one of my nails. Also I tip regardless, mostly because I assume the person providing the service gets a portion of what is paid and when in a salon they are instructed on what they should provide. Perhaps not, but from my friends in the industry this would apply.

I've had many waxes in many areas and I will not be coming back to this place. I pay good money to make sure I know what I'm getting into, and--again--I will not be coming back. I'd rather spend more money and have less irritated skin afterward. Yeah, the service I paid for was done and done quite well, but it's also done even better for slightly more money at other places with far less irritation. Get it together Europa. Edit: if you specialize in "speed waxing," put that on your website so we know what we are paying for before we make an appointment. Edit again: Shame on me for not looking at the responses to your reviews sooner. Europa won't last long with this "service" and attitude. I won't be fooled again that's for sure. Edit 3: Your attitude is beyond immature for something so important like skincare and waxing. I'm not looking for a refund--the anti-fungal cream was less than 20 dollars. It worked.

I’ve only been here to wax, but it’s definitely become my go-to spot. The place is super clean and has a calm but clean vibe, which makes the whole experience way better. The staff are really nice and make you feel comfortable right away. My esthetician was quick but still really thorough. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

I have been going to Lexi L for almost 2 years now. She brought my hair back from being pretty close to fried. Understood the process thoroughly and worked well with what I had going on to keep me looking my best. She is extremely qualified!!! Is always going to do a beyond great job! I’m so glad I found her

First time at Europa Salon & Spa and I had a great experience with Kelsey as my stylist. I liked that the Europa website was transparent with prices, and was thorough about what services they provide. The online booking/scheduling option made it easy to find a day/time that worked for me. Kelsey was awesome at listening to what I wanted haircut-wise, and provided her knowledgeable advice on different options based on my hair texture. Her input was helpful in determining some of the details of the haircut I wanted. Had an enjoyable experience!

Terrible service. I had Kelsey and I wouldn’t recommend. This was my first time waxing down there and I was expecting a little more patience but the whole experience felt rushed. The lack of empathy especially after communicating this with her is disheartening. Her whole energy screamed, "I don’t want to be here" or "I have better things to do". I could be wrong but thats the vibe I got from her. I’m very non confrontational so I left mid service. Still had to pay for the full service. Not sure how I feel about that but folks gotta earn, right? The wax was also quite hot. 🙁 Edit. We most likely have different definitions of empathy. There was nothing empathetic about Kelsey. Neither was there anything patient with her. Shoving my legs wide open when I asked for a second is just straight up rude. Traumatic! I wasn’t upset about paying. If y’all have video surveillance with audio, you can hear me inquiring if I’d pay for the full service considering I didn’t get the full service. I wasn’t mad, I wasn’t upset and my tone was very neutral. Nevertheless, I paid for it because that’s what I requested. As for the after care instructions, I declined it because 1, I can find them online. 2, it just felt mean spirited. Also, "Our practice isn't to play in people's genitals for free." Wish you would have worded that a little different because from my understanding of that statement, your practice is to play on people’s genitals and also at a cost while at it. Good to know! Sadly, all you’ve stated means nothing when Kelsey’s actions and my experience with her as well as your response contradict. But again, your feelings are valid just as mines are. In addition to all that, how would you have "worked" this out if I came to you in private if this is how you respond publicly? If you wanted me to speak highly of your establishment, I should’ve conceivably received a better and humane service. What we shan’t do is invalidate my feedback and feelings based off my experience with you. You are the best in the area, of your own accord but technically, not to everyone and that’s okay. I’ll find a better esthetician and one that definitely suits and works with me. Not one who plays on people’s genitalia at a cost. Now, I hope you have the day you deserve! 🙂 Edit 2. Maybe clamming should’ve been incorporated into educating a client, especially a first time client on what to expect as well as the dos and don’ts. Not to indoctrinate you on how to run your business, but reviews can be revised had this interaction been a constructive one. Ultimately, I’m glad we can both concede that not every technician is going to be the right fit. Thank you for your time!

Lexi is absolutely incredible! She did a phenomenal job with my blonde—it’s bright, dimensional, and better than I could have imagined. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made it even better. Her attention to detail, skill, and warm energy made the whole experience amazing. I walked out feeling confident, refreshed, and so happy. Truly five-star service—thank you, Lexi!
