I found this spot through Group on and I’m so happy that I went with it ! Brianna was excellent. Cut my hair and blow dried exactly how I wanted it. She was very skilled. Everybody that works here is super nice. It’s next to Miracle Mile. East street parking. I am definitely coming back here and asking for Brianna again. Loved her work ! Very clean space as well

I just experienced the Japanese Head Spa at Zen Hair with Jocelyn, and it was nothing short of incredible—truly an out-of-body experience. Jocelyn was not only extremely knowledgeable but also wonderfully attentive throughout the entire session. She walked me through each step of the process, which made the treatment feel even more personalized and immersive. The combination of scalp massage using specialized tools, soothing aromatherapy, calming Zen music, and a relaxing shoulder massage created a sense of deep peace and rejuvenation. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and Jocelyn’s skill and care made the experience unforgettable. I was so impressed that I booked my next session before even leaving the salon. Highly recommend Jocelyn if you're looking to melt stress away and treat yourself to something extraordinary. Absolutely amazing! 👏

I absolutely loved what Iris did for my hair ! Not going to lie I was a bit nervous, but she kept telling me to trust her turned out even better than the photos! Great technique great blending my hair also feels so healthy no damage!

I bought a spa package for a scalp massage on Groupon, but the whole thing turned out to be a scam. When I arrived, not only did the prices not match what I paid online, but the person there had the audacity to tell us to request a refund and tried to negotiate a higher price in person. On top of that, the salon name listed on Groupon was completely fake it’s not even the same business when you show up. It feels like a deliberate bait-and-switch to lure customers in with false advertising. To make matters worse, Groupon refuses to issue a refund, offering only credits, and it’s nearly impossible to reach actual customer service. The whole experience was a complete waste of time, money, and energy. Avoid this salon at all costs. Fraudulent, misleading, and shady.

Bought a groupon for my mom back in December. The 1st time my mom talked to Brianna she made her wait 2 hours before canceling. After 5 months of canceling appointments and ignoring phone calls I was able to get a credit. Terrible professionalism. She was horrible to deal with. I would not recommend using them.

Place is an absolute scam, waste of time. They have multiple Groupon listings that show one price, once you book it and show up for an appointment they make up a lie stating that they don’t work with Groupon because of something to do with percentages, all bs, they have all these listings with 5+ fake reviews to get people in to cancel with "Groupon" and practically pay double. So if your coming from Groupon just know your about to get your time wasted

This sucks, I’ve been trying to book an appointment since July 17th. I started off so flustered due to buying a Groupon that turned out to be a scam. I tried to call multiple times and text and I eventually got an answer. I don’t know how people are supposed to schedule anything with this business when no one answers the phone and text. I’ve asked a few questions to Jocelyn since July 17th and my latest question I asked was on July 22nd and I have yet to hear a response. I feel like she skimmed through my questions because none of her answers made sense to what I was asking. I tried to be patient and understanding but it’s been two weeks
