Fantastic Sams Riverdale Mall

I chose this location even though there are ones closer to my home because it had a higher review rating than other locations. I chose to book an appointment specifically with Jolene because her name came up repeatedly in positive reviews. Jolene lived up to her reputation -she helped me understand different options based on my hair type and face shape and I left satisfied with the cut. She was also friendly and efficient. I had a great experience!

I had the pleasure of having Brenda as my stylist today. Not only was she super welcoming and an absolute joy to talk to, but she actually paid attention to detail and made sure my hair looked great! Thank you, Brenda! I will definitely coming back to see her in the future! 🙂

My son is trying to grow out his hair and hasn't had a haircut an about a year. We went to Great clips last time and he HATED his hair after, so we decided to try fantastic Sam's. Kit listened and gave him exactly what he wanted and wants to go there from now on. Kit also did a wonderful job with my 4 year old daughter! Jennifer did my hair and gave me exactly what I wanted and showed me how to style my natural curls. We will definitely be back!

Brenda helped get my eye brows back to the shape and thickness I prefer! They 1st time we met I let her know I was trying to grow back the hair that was removed by accident prior to meeting her. She suggested a brow tint and I have never done one. But I love how filled in and thicker they look! I went back to her today to do it again and get cleaned up and they look great!! So thankful for you! Happy Thanksgiving! 😊

I thought I would give fantastic Sam's another try. Because the last time I was in a fantastic Sam's I wanted to get my hair colored and they made me feel horrible. I ended up outing out getting nothing done. Fast forward to today 6 years later. This time the only service I wanted was a haircut booked my appointment online have a confirmation code and I get there early before my appointment and they told me I didn't make a reservation. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

I booked a last-minute appointment for a style and curl due to unexpected circumstances, and I was so impressed. The price was very reasonable, and the stylist made me feel welcomed. They really honored what I wanted, took their time, and didn’t rush me. Even without a cut or color, they did an excellent job, and I left feeling uplifted and cared for. Highly recommend!

I went and got my hair done at 1:30pm on February 27th. The girl I had was really nice but after getting my hair cut and thinking it looked good I went to my car and looked at it in the mirror. I noticed that it was longer on one side and shorter on the other. I called them and I was able to go back and have them make it more even. A few hours later when I looked in the mirror I had noticed that one side has a longer layer and the other side has a much shorter layer that doesn’t even blend in with the hair, and also it’s choppy and uneven. The last photo shows what the layers look like when I move the bangs out of the way. The only thing that turned out right were the bangs. All I know is next time I come back I’m going to go to Jodie, Jolene or Elisha because they’ve always done a great job on my hair.
