Fantastic Sams Foly Plaza

Went to this location to get a quick cheap haircut and I guess I got what I asked for. I had had some bad haircuts before but this one. Is the worst I have ever gotten. I asked for a short shag and got a bowl cut instead. It looks horrible and even went home with some pieces that were never cut and had to cut myself to be even with the rest of my hair. My sister also got a cut and one side of her cut is shorter than the other in the back. DONT NOT GO HERE STICK TO A GOOD SALON!!

requested light highlights, waited the 15 min she thought it’d take, anothet 15 min goes by, then she puts me under a dryer while my eyebrows are tinting. My skin was stained, pieces of my eyebrows weren’t even dyed and when she washed out my hair I had to have her wash it out twice. When we got to her chair I literally still had bubbles in my hair. The highlights are bled through, there’s not even any in the back. I had to ask Abby for cleanser so I could Scrub my own eyebrows off because she would not. There’s a random chunk of blonde on one side of my head. No apologies or offer to fix it. I left in tears. The manager made no effort to make it right, talked over me on the phone the entire time. I have never had such poor customer service. The worst hair experience I have ever had.

Abby did my cut and color and I am so happy with how it turned out. I will go back to her for future appointments for myself. Its nice to go to a salon that has such good vibes. The ladies who work here all seem to enjoy working with each other and you can tell that they care about their clients.

I had haircut with Nicole she was very profesional and nice person am glad its close to home and quick service love the place thank you FS

I brought my 16 yr old daughter in for her first professional hair cut and highlights with Tiffany. We had a pleasurable experience there with the two ladies who were working, the shop was clean and they were helping all clients respectfully. My problem is with the actual highlights. They do not look like high lights at all it looks like she dyed her hair all blonde and there are horizontal lines of blonde throughout the back of her head(assuming this is dye bleeding). Very disappointing for her first time. Now she's insecure of her hair. Wish we would have noticed while we were there but didn't see it till the next day. Won't be returning.

I went for a haircut during their listed hours today (Sunday), however it turns out they are closed on Sundays. I will update my review once I am able to get a haircut.

Went in today for a color and cut, and absolutely love it! The salon was clean and staff were all very welcoming. Would highly recommend!
