I was looking for a new look to start off the New Year (2026)! I booked with MacKenzie for a full highlight, toner, glaze, and cut! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the salon is clean and had a nice vibe! Mackenzie listened to what I was looking for and she delivered! I absolutely love my new look. Don't go here if you are a curly girl!! The stylist absolutely butchered my hair. I first called and asked if there was someone there who knows how to work with curly hair and they said yes. First I showed inspiration photos and the stylist tried to get me to do something else that she felt would work better in my favor. Not only did she absolutely fry my hair with the color, but it didn't even come out anything close to what I wanted. Then upon getting the cut, I told her that if she didn't feel comfortable cutting that she could stop here and I'll do the cut somewhere else. She insisted that she could do it and she sheared my curls diagonally without even asking me first. Now I'm left with a gaping hole and I can't even fix the cut, the salon wouldn't give me my money back either. They couldn't fix it afterwards. I debated not making a review but this is too terrible to ignore. I hope the girl gets more training with curls before saying that she can work with curls. She later tried to blame me that its because i asked for a wet cut that the haircut got messed up. Only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because she was nice and you could tell that she tried, but the experience and knowledge she absolutely did not have and I cried so much because I know it's not salvageable after paying $200.

Katarina did amazing on my curly cut! As a curly girl, I have had several questionable haircuts. I could tell instantly that Katarina knew how to cut curly hair. She took her time to ask questions and find out what type of cut would look best on me and work best for my lifestyle. My last haircut was by a "curl specialist" at double the price and I did not have near as good of an experience. Scheduling was super easy, everyone at the salon was nice, and I left so happy with my cut and got compliments on it all day! If you have curly hair, I highly recommend you give her a chance, you won’t be disappointed!

Katarina did such a great job on my curly hair! She did exactly what I requested and communicated what she was going to do before she did it! If you have curly hair, definitely give her a try! I got a high quality cut for an amazing price!

Amber saved my hair! I have had black box dye hair for 10 years and wanted a change. She in one session got my hair to a beautiful copper red that I wanted without damaging my hair! She truly is an artist!

Thank you Keli and staff for such a lovely salon to explore my options in! I wanted something new and daring besides my brown hair so I went to blonde (eyebrows contrasted too much) it wasn’t for me so the next week we went with a balayage and I couldn’t be happier! My hair feels so healthy and smooth thanks to the treatments she recommended. My go to salon while I’m in town for work.

What a gem Pallas is!! She was able to get us in right before our trip!! Thank you for doing an amazing job! Pallas is the sweetest thing! She takes her time and explains everything! If you are looking for a great stylist this salon has many! We love you Pallas!!!❤️
