Your Salon

I got bangs for the first time I was really nervous and she did a wonderful job. She showed me how to style them. All of the girls there are super super friendly. I’ve never seen a cleaner in our salon.

The place is clean and everyone is really nice. Even my stylist was friendly and nice to talk to. I won't name her as I don't want to detur anyone from having her as I think her skills may thrive with her longer customers. Had a root touch up and highlights which unfortunately looks terrible. I was a new customer so maybe that had something to do with it? My root touch up looks good but the highlights done look absolutly terrible. They are not pulled up to the scalp (they look grown out and in need of getting done), they're orange shaded and do not blend at all with previous highlights in my hair and are Super chunky. There will be no way I would wear a pony tail do to how they appear when my hair is pulled back and even in a side part or middle part the highlightslokk aweful. I also find it strange that the styling chair doesn't move up and down and I was asked to stand for a hair cut. I haven't been asked to stand for a hair cut in 28 years. I may give a 2nd chance in the future for quick cut or just styling but for now I think I'll look for another stylist that is better in color techniques to fix the highlighted portion as much as they can without having to dye 1 color and start all over in a few months.

I feel frustrated. I came to the salon today to donate my hair and get a haircut. Katie is the one who was helping me. I just got home and I have to say I am disappointed. The hairstyle looks nothing like the reference photos and is very uneven. I enjoyed being in the salon - it was clean and professional and the ladies were all polite and friendly. However, Katie is not someone I would see again. When I voiced my thoughts/concerns during the haircut she stated at one point, "it's not the haircut, it's you". And, towards the end of my appointment, she said that I needed to make up my mind because she had another appointment. I understand that I may have taken too much time from her, and I regret that. I certainly don't want to cause any trouble. But when a customer has concerns and seems unhappy it doesn't seem like the best response is to rush them out the door. I have attached photos of the haircut I asked for and pictures my husband took as soon as I got home. The three stars is for the cleanliness of the salon and friendliness of the staff present. If I were rating the haircut alone, it would be one star.

Great place! Stumbled upon this place as a last minute appointment needed and not only did they get me in within an hour, Bobby Jo rocked my hair! She lightened it so dramatically in just in one visit and took her time. Love this place, will be returning.

First time at Your Salon. Hailey was my stylist and she did an exceptional job. 10/10 definitely would recommend her. She made my vision come to life!

Had my hair cut last night but waited until today to post a review, after I had a chance to do it myself. All the ladies know, the styling in the salon is sometimes not the same when we get home. Everyone here is really friendly! The salon is cute, clean, unassuming. Kind of the "where everyone knows your name " feel." I felt very comfortable. Sabrina cut my hair. I showed her a couple pictures on my phone, and got the exact look I was asking for. Styled it myself today, and it's beautiful. I will definitely return when it's time for another cut.
