Lollipopz for Kidz Salon

Took my son here for his first haircut today and it was such a great experience! There were toys that kept my daughter entertained while my son got his haircut, the salon was clean, Ms. Patti was awesome with the kiddos, and we even got a certificate for my sons first haircut cut as well as a baggie of his hair clippings. The price was more than fair, very affordable. We will definitely be back!

Took my son in for his first haircut. She was so good and welcoming with our little one, she gave him bubbles a ballon and a cute certificate with a lock of his hair! Would recommend her to anyone with a little one! Thank you for making our first haircut a memorable sweet experience !

I’ve been bringing my son here for haircuts since he was just 8 months old. He is nearly 3 now and this is still the only place we go! Patti always does a great job. Especially when introducing the clippers for a hair cut! She let my son check it out before using it on him. He’s so good for his haircuts and I really believe Patti’s experience, and the environment of the salon plays a huge role.

I’m not normally one to leave reviews, but I feel like my experience at Lollipopz warrants one. I called to make an appointment for my boys (1.5 & 3) and was confirmed for the same day at 11:20am. I arrived 15 minutes early for their appointment and was asked if I was supposed to be there as if she wasn’t expecting us. I mentioned I had called earlier this morning and had an appointment, but she still could not recall me making said appointment. She cut both my kids hair with dull scissors, constantly dropped the comb, did not tell my kids what she needed - she just moved them and expected them to stay, did not ask me for what she needed, and just continued chopping away at their hair. She used a trimmer but didn’t account for the squirms and wiggles even after being told this was their first time and may be nervous around a trimmer. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves, but I ended up having to go to another salon to have their hair fixed. Even so, there still are some spots that couldn’t be remedied so I’ll have to wait for their hair to grow out. Haircuts aside, the environment was not clean - hair had not been swept up at empty stations and the play area was quite dirty. The checkout process was very disorganized and unprofessional. I had to repeat my kids’ names numerous times, she asked me what my total was and I had to type my own total into the POS (point-of-sale). I usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but I hate to say I will not be returning to Lollipopz.

We love Ms. Patti and have been seeing her for years!! She has been the only one to cut my boys' hair besides me and she always does a great job. She always remembers their styles and is so kind and patient with them.

ms patti was absolutely amazing! she was so gentle and kind with my baby for his first hair cut! she even gave me a little certificate 🥹 the place was sooo cute and was perfect for kids. i will definitely be back to her for both of my children’s haircuts. thank you! 🤍
