Wow! I can’t rave enough about this salon and the staff. I drive over an hour to see Merima, and she makes my hair look fabulous every single time. Not only does my hair look amazing when I leave, but I can style it beautifully at home too, a true sign of a professional who knows their craft. I was actually inspired to write this review this morning while doing my hair, completely taken aback by how outstanding it looks—each strand and every color blend is just perfection. Absolutely love this salon! The entire team is incredibly talented and welcoming. As someone with curly hair, it can be hard to find a stylist who really gets it, and Beth does! She listens, understands curls, and always nails the color. You can tell she loves what she does, and the results speak for themselves! The whole salon has such a positive energy, and they all take real pride in their work. Highly recommend!

Chelsea did an amazing job on my hair. I was very unhappy with my hair before I came in and needed my hair done. This was my first time going in here and was such a great experience. The other lady name Mary was there and she was so nice and also made it a great experience. She did a really amazing job on the hair she was working in while I was there. Chelsea is so talented and she is the best with hair. She did a great job and I left so much happier with my hair. I will be coming back for sure. This was a great salon and experience. I highly recommend this place.😁💜

You’ll be laughing and leaving looking good… trust and believe. Beth was absolutely brilliant! We started by talking about what I wanted and a budget. Which I appreciated so much. After that she worked her magic and did the damn thing. She was very communicative with what she was doing throughout the appointment. Her and Meri had me laughing the whole time. We were chatting it up too. I would gladly come hang out and talk to them without an appointment… that much fun. Such an enjoyable experience. The salon is so cute and clean. And my hair… amazing turned out even better than the inspo pic. Overall, the vibe you feel once you walk in immediately lets you know you will be leaving feeling like that girl.

From start to finish the entire experience was phenomenal. When going to a new hairdresser it is usually very stressful because you are so nervous on how your hair will turn out! But Mary quickly eased my daughter (18) nerves. She discussed what was previously done to her hair and the vision for what my daughter wanted. Mary is insightful, understanding, professional, efficient with a great personality. She’s the Real Deal – genuine, kind, warm, funny and very gifted. Hot Spot is a non-intimidating atmosphere, a well run business and stylists that leave you looking better than when you came in which is the whole purpose of finding a great salon. I would highly recommend her and since then we have gone back and she has become my stylist as well as several of my friends!

Mary and Elizabeth are great. Hard to find a salon that can actually give you the hair in the photo you are trying to achieve. Elizabeth did my hair today with icy highlights and a root shadow and it is perfection ! I have very dark difficult hair to lighten...she can make it happen. Thank you Elizabeth

The most expensive salon trip I’ve had. I had to reschedule a few times due to my job as a registered nurse and the fact the salons is literally only open 3-4 days with terrible hours. Due to this the owner decided to unprofessionally text my phone and tell me I wasn’t allowed back. I dropped over 400 dollars at this salon and this is how you treat paying customers who kept coming back and would have kept coming back. I also had my aunt and friend booked with them but once the owner took it upon herself to be so rude and unprofessional they cancelled as well. Never in my life have I ever had someone fire a paying nice customer becuase they had scheduling conflicts. Not a good look. It was a blessing becuase I found a great place who is WAY cheaper and did such a great job and is always willing to work around my schedule. It’s all about professionalism.
