The Hair Spa

I picked The Hair Spa based on reviews and proximity to my house and I'm so glad I did. Very welcoming, friendly place and Ashley, my stylist, is wonderful. I went in with no clear idea of what I wanted besides "I'm bored and I want it shorter" and she hooked me up with some layers & curtain bangs that are wash & go but also blow out great if I'm feeling inspired. Loving the highlights too! Looking forward to going back to try out something fantasy colored.

I get my hair done with Ashley, and even after moving to a new town about 45 minutes away, the Hair Spa is well worth the trip. Results are always amazing and consistent, and Ashley is wonderful if you're looking to get any coloring (and cutting!) done at all. I've been doing purple hair for the past couple of years and she always knows how to freshen it up perfectly 💜

I’ve been coming to The Hair Spa for years and every experience I’ve had here has been fantastic. Kristen is amazing, I’ve recommended this place and Kristen to many people, I’ve even had my mum come to the salon when she is here visiting from the UK. I highly recommend Kristen if you’re looking for perfection!

It used to be good.. but lately it’s a hit or miss. I vent for a root touchup and since it was last appointment i was hurried up, they didn’t even want to dry my hair fully. And then when i came back i leaned on my couch and noticed black stains on my cushion!! I touched the back of scalp and color from the scalp came on my finger so basically the shampoo after color wasn’t done properly and there was still a lot of color left. I was so displeased. I went back. It was raining and really cold that day I still went back, the salon was closed. I wrote them an email next day and they just responded with a sorry on the email and saying they will talk to the girl who shampooed but I think even if they were a teaching salon the main stylist should have checked if the service was done properly specially when they charge extra for an experienced stylist, it felt like negligence and rushed service. I was not feeling well that day, and after that I had to wash my hair again at 9 PM on a very cold day, only because they didn’t do it properly.. i had an early morning flight next day and this totally ruined my mood. I expected them to offer me some refund at least to make up for this negligence ..but no.. I had left 40% tip as well. Nothing like that not even a call from them for apologizing properly when i was an old customer.. This experience left such a bad taste in mouth, the color also stained my nails before my hawaii trip. I’m not going back

So Lisa cut my hair. I was so nervous cause every time I get a haircut anywhere it’s horrible. But Lisa did a beautiful job. She made me feel so comfortable. Thank you so much Lisa. I will get my hair done by Lisa again.

It's my third visit and I have absolutely loved all my hair styles! Very satisfied with the services, staff, and the work that they do.

Strongly recommend!!! I usually don't do anything to my hair because I'm afraid to mess it up, but the staff at the Hair Spa was great and guided me through what to do and not to do to my hair. I got a balayage, and it came out great. The tone was perfect, and the transition is seamless. The owner also helped me understand what's the best way to take care of my hair and what products to use. She's always there whenever I have any doubts about products. Everyone is very nice and helpful.
