Everything was explained in detail prior to any action. Very much appreciated. Kate was extremely pleasant and always made sure I was comfortable. One really important question that Kate ask me was about allergies/sensitivities prior to washing my hair!! I have never had any stylist ask me that and I thing it’s really important. Highly recommend!

Carolyn did a PHENOMENAL job! She completely saved me from a botched balayage!!! I came here with a CHALLENGE. Another stylist did a "balayage" but left me uneven and spotty (see pic, not done here). Carolyn was VERY kind and walked me through the entire process to fix it; ensuring my confidence throughout. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a new stylist! I will definitely be returning myself!!! I seriously cannot believe the results she was able to achieve in just one session!!!

After having a discussion with the stylist, I decided I wanted a graduated bob and even mentioned I wanted my haircut exactly how it was cut the first time because I loved it. I’ve never been to a stylist who hasn’t handed me a mirror at the end of the cut so I can see what it looks like. I get home to inspect my cut only to see that it was all one length. I return one week later and go to the same stylist, this time I bring example pictures of the cut I want, as well as pictures of myself with this specific cut, and used specific terminology. I also asked for a bang cut. I provided two up close pictures of myself with bangs, they’re always cut at an angle as I only wear them to the side. The stylist proceeds to cut my bangs straight across, and not only that they ended up about an inch and a half too short. The stylist did not give me a bob haircut as I requested, and the sides even ended up shorter than the back. Just how short my bangs were wasn’t apparent until after I got home and proceeded to style my bangs how I always style them. The icing on the cake is I was charged for a full price haircut after returning a week later in the hopes of getting what I asked for the first time. I figured a graduated bob is pretty self-explanatory as well as a classic haircut, so I don’t understand how I didn’t end up with that in the first place. And a note to stylists, when a client tells you multiple times they don’t like a specific product used in their hair, please don’t use said product. I recently got my haircut at a different salon, and the stylist immediately pointed out how the back was longer than the sides.

Kristen is great. She remembers exactly what we did the time before and is always great at offering suggestions for adjusting and going just a bit more bold or exciting; something I always want but can’t articulate and she knows how to get just right! I get compliments alllll the time!

I love Tamera! This was my first time coming to this particular salon so I didn’t know what to expect. Tamera was really thorough with cutting my hair and catered to exactly what hairstyle I wanted. The haircut was also very reasonable at $50 and she also styled my hair. Left the salon smiling! I already booked my next appointment with her, highly recommend!!

I’ve had my haircut a few times by Dream, and she always does an amazing job—my hair is the healthiest it’s ever been. This was my first time coloring my hair in a couple of years, and I absolutely love it! Dream takes the time to do a very thorough consultation, and she’s also so fun, friendly, and easy to talk to. I’ve also had great experiences with the reception staff—always welcoming and professional. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing appointment with Holly, she did an absolutely great job on my curly hair! Before, I hadn’t gotten a haircut in about 3 years🤭. Her welcoming attitude & great feedback made the appointment so easy. Definitely will be back when my curls need another refresh, highly recommend her! 🥰
