Excellent service, easy scheduling online with reminders. Chelsea is the best hairdresser I have ever had in my 65 years of life. She gets my curly hair that comes and goes with the humidity in the air. She doesn't want to perm or color it but makes it look great with her skills and a great cut!

My favorite salon, not just in Cincinnati but ever! The experience is always exceptional. Megan is incredibly talented, precise, and lovely to be around!

Extremely disappointed that this salon considers removing more than 2 inches of length a "transformative" haircut. I have never had a salon consider anything more than what is essentially a trim, a "transformative" haircut versus just a standard cut. I've had good experiences with the stylists here so far, but the management/policies and the lack of clarity on the website are really frustrating.

Caitlin did an AMAZING job. She did exactly what I asked and my dream hair came to life. She blew my mind and transformed my hair. I am so thankful to have found a hairstylist as talented as Caitlin. I already have my next appointment scheduled. Highly recommend. And the salon was super cute, so that’s a plus!

Calm atmosphere. Friendly staff. Love my cut. Parking lot off of Taft. Plenty of parking on side streets. Salon is on street level.

I’ve been a loyal Parlour client for over 10 years now, and I refuse to go anywhere else! Every stylist I’ve seen—3 or 4 over the years—has been amazing. For the last five years, I’ve been seeing Sarah Memory, and my hair has truly never looked better. Most recently, I booked Sarah for my wedding reception styling, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. She brought my vision to life flawlessly! Whether it’s for haircuts, color, styling, or their Davines products, I recommend Parlour to everyone I know. They’re simply the best!

I love Parlour and would recommend it to anyone, and special shout out to Paige—she’s been saving my hair ever since I fried it with way too many highlights. Last time I came in, I was in a rough place mentally, and I swear Paige was more helpful than my therapist. Not only will she save your hair, but she might just save your sanity too.
