I came for a touch up and they decided my hair was damage to bleach the root , then I asked zita if i could only get a toner then because I wanted to keep my blonde .but I told her I didn’t wanted my hair to be purple like the last time and this is what she did to me ! I told her I didn’t like it she try to fixed now my hair is brown and green . Then she charged me 120 .. I wanted to cry because it took me so long to achieve my blonde for years same reason I didn’t color it dark 😡😡😡 no I have to do it because I can’t bleach my hair right now is damaged and I wanted to be ready for the holidays ..

If I can give 0 starts I will! I’ve given this place MULTIPLE chances. And I really didn’t want to leave this review. But let’s start off by saying that the lady that did my hair, was very rude. I wanted to show her a picture of what I wanted vs what I did NOT want she was rude and said "just show me what you want I don’t want to see what you don’t want" so I did. She did the COMPLETE OPPOSITE. And acted as it was my fault. I wanted a balayage and she gave me highlights. As I questioned her she basically told me I was wrong my hair is just wet that’s why it looks like that 😂 I then showed her the picture of what I wanted and told her she did exactly what I told her NOT to do as I show her the picture again. And SHE was mad because I had asked her if she can fix JUST the front. I was super respectful too because I was there for 6hrs and really wanted to just leave. I walked in with my natural long hair and she chopped it off to right below my shoulders and put highlights. I don’t really care about the length as it’s just hair. But the way she was rude and did the complete opposite of what I asked and proceeded to get mad at me and charge me $300. I really hope the older lady’s stop being mean girls cause she is one.

Lesson learned!! I left and came back NO ONE LIKE ZITA, an incredibly fabulous transformation!! From blonde to brunette, my hair was back to life, now shiny and bouncy!! Thanks to all the ladies at Impresiones Salon.

Had a haircut done yesterday by Zita, which came out amazing. As soon as I sat in her chair, I knew I was in good hands. Her attention to detail and warm presence did not go unnoticed. Will definitely recommend her and this salon to others!

I went in with my son for a simple haircut. There were 3–4 stylists working, and the lady who approached me asked if I had an appointment even though nowhere in the salon does it say appointments are required. She even told me I could come back "at my own risk," meaning they might take him or they might not. It honestly felt like no one wanted to do a basic haircut. If you only take appointments, why even have the door open or the "open" sign on? Very unprofessional. Never again.

for reference, the first picture is how my original hair was, never used bleach on it, granted I used to have red and black coloring on it but never bleach, the next 2 pictures are the inspo pictures I showed my stylist zita to what I wanted, first session she put the discoloration/bleach on my hair to take out previous colors then go in with a more ashy brown, after the first session it still maintained pretty healthy but overall the color was uneven and had splotches of green undertone which I didn’t expect to much after the first session either way but I came back yesterday as she set my appointment up a week apart for my 2nd session, she again put the discoloration/bleach to take out undertone then went in with the color which she said would achieve more the colors I wanted, she washed it off and put a mask because she said it had gotten damaged a little bit but this was the end result, it was so damaged I had to go somewhere else to get it cut shoulder length. The owner and store manager handled everything so gracefully and thanks to them but she didn’t even bother to even apologize on her behalf. Save your hair and your money and go elsewhere.

I have been coming here for 10 years and I have to say, I love how I feel when I leave this salon. Zita does my hair, she is understanding that I need a really early appt, so she meets me at 5am just so I can get my day going. I love how my guys hair cuts are done by Verenice. My son has been getting his hair cut by her since he was a baby. She is very patient and gentle with them.
