I'm not very good at writing reviews, which is why I'm overdue for this one, but this place truly deserves it. I was extremely nervous before my appointment because I wanted to cut a lot of hair, but I was afraid of getting a bad haircut. However, once I met Octavia, I felt I was in professional hands. She calmed me down and listened to what I wanted. She did an amazing job with my hair, and I loved the result! My hair felt rejuvenated. Octavia was not only professional but also friendly and nice. She provided me with great advice on how to take care of my hair. I left the salon extremely happy with the experience and the outcome. As soon as I left, I started receiving compliments about my hair. I LOVE IT HERE and will definitely be coming back! It's a beautiful place with a beautiful person.

I absolutely loved Octavia! I went to see if my daughter's curls could be salvaged and she was so informative and helpful. I was so happy to see the treatment worked and she gave me a detailed list of all the products to use from now on as well as how to take care of my daughter's hair. She's an absolute gem and so friendly! I felt I went to go meet a friend. Please go to her for all your curl needs. You won't be disappointed.

First experience with Octavia. I loved how friendly and welcoming she was. She was very transparent and gave lots of Information about products and techniques for my hair. I absolutely loved Octavia. She made me and my daughter feel so relaxed. We were both extremely nervous to get our curls cut because it was something we never trusted anyone to do. But I would recommend her to absolutely anyone because I have never seen my curls look so beautiful before.

Octavia is a jewel, & a wealth of information! So glad we found her! My teenage daughter has been looking for someone just like Octavia to learn more about her hair, how to properly care for it, and how to style her curls. She recently had her hair bleached and colored, & today was given the rejuvenation her thirsty curls needed. Octavia performed her magic with the transformation cut & deep conditioners. My daughter, who has very curly hair, has been wanting to get a hair cut by a stylist who would be very knowledgeable with curls. After much research and reading many reviews she was able to find Twenty Two Curl Studio in Chino. It was a bit of a drive from Whittier but I feel like it was completely worth it. Stylist Octavia was great! She took her time to listen to my daughter’s experiences, needs and expectations for her curly hair. We were there for two well worth hours. Octavia asked her questions and explained everything she was going to do. I felt her rate was completely reasonable and most importantly my daughter had finally found someone who understood her curly hair language. We will be going back to her and we hope she continues to be successful with what she does. Thank you Octavia!

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Octavia for two years now, and I couldn’t be happier! I recently had the express cut with her, and once again, she did an amazing job. Octavia’s hands are truly gifted—she’s precise, thorough, and I’ve never had to go back for an adjustment. She has a great eye for what will look good on you while still respecting your personal style preferences. That said, I always recommend taking her input because she clearly knows what she’s doing! Beyond her talent, Octavia is a wonderful conversationalist—mature, professional, and humble. Her salon is always clean and welcoming, and her pricing is very reasonable. Every visit is a great experience, and I always leave feeling satisfied with my haircut. I can’t recommend her enough!
