I am truly impressed by the customer service and attention to detail I experienced last Friday night. I had called in earlier in the week asking for someone that is well versed in cutting long hair, they put me with the manager Annette and she did not disappoint. She took the time to hear my concerns and did a thorough hair assessment and walked me through what she would be doing. I have had terrible experiences in the past to the point that I avoided cutting my hair much longer than I should have. I will definitely be coming back to see her every few months to get my hair cut!

I went to Giovanni's on the day of my son's wedding for hair styling and makeup. I had never been there before, but I made an appointment on the recommendation of a friend. I was very happy with the results and received many compliments at the wedding. Thanks to Carol and Alexis, who did excellent work and made me feel welcomed. I would definitely come back if I lived in the area.

I met the sweetest ladies at Giovanni’s Salon today!!! Ava is a very talented hair stylist with patience and skill!!! She is so easy to talk to and she totally understood what I wanted when I didn’t even know!! I love my new haircut and look forward to my next visit! Macala (sp) is the sweet young woman at the front desk! Thank you for making my visit to Giovanni’s a really fun and satisfying experience!!!

I give this salon a 5+. Good techniques and hi end care . It was my first visit. The hair cut was phenomenal and the color was done as to the picture I brought I however did not realize that the picture showed a base coat darker than my hair. Next time we’ll be lightening it up quite a bit. My stylist was Carol and she was ever so gracious and attentive. She really had a "want to please attitude". I’d recommend this salon to anyone

While I’ve brought my daughters for cuts at Giovanni’s before, it’s rare I allow myself the indulgence. So, when I went in to redo a long grown out balayage (there was still some blonde on the ends, I swear!), I knew I was in for a long day. I have tons of hair and it can be intimidating. Abbie was not intimidated at all. She was sweet and attentive and wowed me with her technique. Despite me monopolizing the majority of her day, she remained high spirited and enthusiastic about the style (a berry balayage on my natural dark hair) and it turned out even better than I hoped! I’m so lucky to have such a wonderful stylist so close to home, and I suspect it won’t be nearly as long before I venture out for a retouch again, knowing I can depend on Abbie at Giovanni’s.

This was my first time at Giovanni’s Hair Salon in Chino Hills, and Ariel did my hair — she was AMAZING. I came in having a hard time explaining what I wanted, but she listened so well and completely nailed it. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and the end result exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with my hair and will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend Ariel if you’re looking for someone you can trust with your hair!

I love this place. Every one is very nice and professional. My hair stylist Abby was awesome. I loved how she educated me and made suggestions. My hair came out great!
