Alex is truly amazing. I came in with a really bad hair cut, color and bleach/highlight job from another salon 2 months ago, and he completely transformed my hair. He put so much attention to detail into correcting the color and making sure everything blended beautifully. What I appreciated most was that he took the time to explain each step of the process so I understood what was happening and why. I felt informed, comfortable, and confident the entire appointment. I left with hair I absolutely love. I highly recommend Alex if you need a color correction or just want someone who really cares about their work.

I went to a hair salon two years ago at a different location, and the stylist bleached my hair and ended up damaging it. He was very careless, and after that experience, I never wanted to go to a salon again. I decided to give this place a try and ended up loving my haircut. While I was there, I saw someone else getting their hair dyed and really liked how it turned out. So, I scheduled an appointment with Alex, and he did an amazing job! He listened to what I wanted and was honest about what could be done with the hair that had already been bleached. After two years, I finally feel like myself again thanks to this experience. They truly listen to and take care of their customers. I love my hair and will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

I was looking for a more budget-friendly hair salon to get a perm, and I saw that a perm here was only $75, so I requested Alex since he had lots of good reviews. After getting my hair washed and being seated, Alex asked if I had a reference photo for what I wanted, and I showed him a picture of a wolf cut (first photo), to which he replied, "I can't do that, but I can give you close to that." I should have just left after hearing that, but I needed a haircut asap, and it would be a big waste of time if I just left since I drove over an hour to get there. He then informed me that it would be $120 to get my whole head permed, and it is $75 if you only get the top of your head permed, which was not said on the website. It was already 30 minutes into the appointment, so I decided to see it through anyway. After, he got to trimming my hair, and he cut off 3.5 inches before I got the chance to say anything about it being too short. He also did not ask before cutting if that length was okay. We then got to the perming part, and he used very small curlers, which would give very tight curls instead of larger curlers that would give a more wavy look, which is what I was looking for. (The other 3 photos are after taking a shower in hopes to loosen the curls a little. It was a lot puffier when he blow dried and styled it at the appointment). After the perm was done, he offered a special deal that I get oil treatment for $25 instead of the usual $75 if I do it at that appointment, to which I said yes because he said it removes the smell and makes the perm less frizzy, which the treatment did. He then finished up with one last trim. The total ended up being $175 pre tip; $120 for the perm, $25 for the oil treatment, and $30 for a haircut. In conclusion, I should have just stuck with my original salon that I've been going to instead of trying to find one that could do the job for cheaper. I am very disappointed in how my hair turned out since I was growing it out most of the year (pictures of before the perm below), and that it is not worth almost $200 since it wasn't even remotely close to what I wanted. Only thing keeping this review from being 1/5 stars is that the staff was friendly and the place itself was pretty clean.

For New year Hair cut and refresh coloring, I had a very nice experience with Alex. He helped me for balancing color what I messed up by myself. Alex was great! My first time at the salon, and he cut my hair better than my reference photo. My hair was up to my waist (I'm an Asian girl, never dyed hair) and he cut it to chest length with layers. He wasn't afraid to let me know when a style I was considering was unflattering for my face and hair texture. My Chinese isn't the best but there were no issues communicating in English, and there was no pressure for me to be particularly chatty or particularly quiet, which was lovely. The person who washed my hair before the haircut was super nice too, and she kept my sweater nice and dry. Would definitely come back again!

My first balayage with Logan, and I absolutely loved it! The price was reasonable, and his attention to detail was amazing. I showed him a photo of what I wanted, and he delivered it perfectly. I’d recommend him again and again!
