I went in to be seated fairly quickly. However I will NEVER go back! I asked her not once, but twice to wet my hair completely. I think the pictures speak for themselves. My daughter had to trim my hair to even have it look reasonable. Please note the massive length differences on the floor from daughters trim less than 24 hours later.

My son got a horrible haircut. Huge chunks of his hair were not cut evenly, half of one of his sideburns wasn't trimmed and it was just overall not good. It happens, no big deal. I went right back after I realized how bad it was and the stylist was incredibly rude and had a horrible attitude with me for asking that someone else fix it. The only reason this is 3 stars is because the woman who fixed it was so kind and did such a great job. I wish I has grabbed names if only to shout out what a great job the one stylist did fixing it. So if you read this kind lady with shoulder length black hair, thank you, and thank you for being so kind.

The shop is always clean and the staff are really friendly, but there’s one stylist—usually in the first booth on the left—who tends to rush through haircuts. Because of that, the results often end up uneven. Both my wife and I have had the same issue on multiple occasions, especially on my wife with the front layers not matching up and being even. It just feels like she’s more focused on getting through clients quickly rather than taking the time to make sure the cut is even and polished. It’s a shame, because the rest of the team does great work.

Awful haircut today. Neckline was literally over an inch higher than natural (how do you do that?) So I have to look like an idiot while I grow my natural hairline back out…scratched the heck out of my neck, super crooked even after asking her to fix it twice (and I swear she kept taking more from the side that was already way too short) and didn’t even do a taper on the neckline or around the ears. Going to a wedding next week looking worse than if I had cut my own hair. I’ll have to go somewhere to get this hatchet job cleaned up so I don’t look like a total goof.

I have been in the US for 4years and I never had experience with rude people and everyone was nice but this was the first time I saw very rude people, I don't know the barber's name but she purposefully spoiled my beard and haircut Even I showed that picture and videos but she made worst beard she never felt sorry for that and behaved rudely. I will never go to this place again and greatclips in my life because they scared me

Literally the worst haircut I've gotten in my life. Asked for a MID fade made SURE I was clear. Asked how short I wanted it??? I Was confused so I said mid skin fade. She then proceeds to zero out all the sides and even rounds out the top of my head a bit. It now looks like there's an island on the top of my head. Don't go here. Paid my $20 and left.
