My first time going to see Krystal was a birthday gift from a friend after a really bad break up. When I walked out I just knew I was back on top. I started using her hair products and noticed a HUGE difference in my hair. It was so healthy and beautiful again. This last time I went and saw Krystal was just as great as the first and all the times in between. She is very friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is very relaxing I start dozing off while my hair is processing. I always look forward to my time in her chair. I’ve been going to Krystal for a little over five years now, I cannot stress it enough that I trust her with my hair needs/wants. She achieves beyond and always answers any questions I may have. She will also give you her honest recommendations based on what she has tried herself. If you want to feel on top of the world, book with her. I promise you won’t regret it. Krystal is the best! Been a customer for almost 4 years now, the last 3 or so in her wonderful space in Summit Pointe. She's a real pro and provides not just a great cut, but a great overall experience. Love the Key Salon products as well. Keep up the good work, and we'll see you again next month.

Booked an appointment through their website to see Mrs. Krystal for sound therapy. The booking portion also included a small questionnaire that helps give a better assessment of what sound therapy techniques to use in order to gain the best relaxation results possible. Once I arrived to The Key Salon, she happily greeted me and explained the sound therapy process which was great for me since it was my first time. Before getting started, we went over how I currently felt or if I had any body aches/pain to see which areas to focus on. We started the sound therapy session and it was very relaxing and I was immersed in the unique sounds that were provided as well as the soothing/comforting but subtle heat from the infrared mat. I also opted in for the red light therapy add on which was a bit bright at first since it was also my first time for that, but got used to it after a minute. After the sound therapy session, she gave me feedback of what she observed during the session and provided guidance of what else I should do to get the most out of the physical/mental relaxation and cell regeneration. Would highly recommend for anyone to try, especially for those who are also looking to have a mental reset and have their interal boy rhythm sync with their mind through the nervous system. I do, however, recommend to drink water prior to the sound therapy session and after as well.

Crystal has always been a talented & professional stylist who genuinely cares about her clients. She listens to and wants to be of service in every way and success is a reflection of that. Passion for the industry and keeping up with all things new add to her lists of being in a category all of her own.

I just moved to Virginia and was so nervous to find a new salon. The Key Salon was AMAZING! Krystal is the sweetest human alive! She made me feel sooo comfortable from our first message. She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that! Her salon is adorable; It’s so cute, so cozy and so clean! Krystal met me outside, walked me in, made me a delicious latte and pampered me for hours (including turning the lights off so i could relax while she waited for my color to lift!) . I am obsessed with her and my hair and can’t wait to go back! 🥰

Krystal is very knowledgeable and listens to what is being about color and how I like my hair to be styled. She is constantly working on new products and new ways to help with the care of your hair and all around wellbeing.
