Hair First Barbershop

I will show my babies hair BEFORE he went to the barbers, the inspo picture of how we wanted it to look like, and what they ended up actually doing. NOT AT ALL WHAT WAS ASKED FOR!! So upset. Hair grows back, I get it, but it’s the service that was paid for and not received. We didn’t ask for a military cut.

Went and saw Pete for the first time a month ago and he was awesome! Can't get in touch with him or the shop, seems they've closed. If anyone knows where Pete's new spot is at, I'd love to know! Thanks!

I took my 4yo son here for a trim coz his hair is touching his eyes and ears but ended up with a shorter haircut than I requested. I pointed it out to the barber (I think he is new) who cut my son's hair and he kindly apologize, but the other barber (Asian guy and probably the owner) insisted that it was a good haircut. I argued that it is not the point and more importantly not what I asked for but kept on saying "it was a good haircut." He even said "well maybe you should buy your own clipper if you prefer a certain haircut." Such a disrespectful and arrogant thing to say to a paying customer. So, you mean to tell me, that it doesn't matter what kind of haircut I want as long as it'll look good then everything is ok??? If that's the case, maybe you should put out a sign that says "enter at your own risk coz what you want is not what you will get." I'm a big fan of small/local business owners but this one just blatantly disrespectful. Here's my piece of advice to you my brother, if you make a mistake own it, apologize sincerely and move on just like what your apprentice did. Instead, you would rather make excuses and act arrogantly and disrespectful to your paying customers.

Great cut! Complimentary razor shave AND shoulder/neck massage. My barber was super friendly, I think we talked the whole time. I will be back!

I was charged $47 for a haircut and beard trim. It's a good haircut, but that was without shampoo or anything. In fairness he did give a hot towel and momentary back massage machine thing. Still you would pay $30-35 for the same thing elsewhere. My haircut is pretty simple too, nothing particularly complex. I still tipped but paying over $50 for a haircut where the barber doesn't say a single word to you after he asks what you want doesn't seem worth it.

Came in today (Sunday) to get my 2 young boys’ haircut. It was busy, but extremely fast! We were in and out within 30 min. I wish I grabbed the barbers name because he was phenomenal. The boys loved their cuts! Will definitely go back from here on out.
