My experience at Beauty Expert was perfect! I have been looking for a spa in the area for awhile and I am so glad I found this one! Aleksandra is so informative and sweet! She explained to me the difference between laser and the IPL treatment. She was even able to fit an extra session into her schedule for me! I am looking forward to going back!!:)

I just wanted to share my own perspective as a long-time client. I’ve always had excellent care here, and every treatment I’ve received has been professional, safe, and effective. Aleksandra has always explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable, which is why I continue coming back. Everyone’s skin can react differently, I know that as a Colombian woman leaving in country with different medical and beauty standards. So, I completely understand your frustration, but I also wanted to highlight that this place has consistently provided me with great results gaining my trust. I have been going here for over a year and absolutely love Aleksandra. She is an expert in her craft, kind, and professional. To call this place a "spa" is truly underselling the level of care and expertise they provide. I've only been to two other spas, but neither one came close to this experience. I've been to dermatologists who would aspire to this level of professionalism and detail. The moment you walk in, the quality is obvious. The facility is impeccably clean, with sophisticated decor and ambiance that immediately sets a relaxing tone. The products used were a standout: effective and remarkably gentle compared to others I've tried. I went in for the Gentleman’s Facial, and the personalized approach was amazing. The intake process was thoughtful and thorough, going deep into my medical history and specific skin needs. I was looking for advice, and I got expert guidance. In addition to the Gentleman’s Facial; they created a clear, customized solution detailing the benefits and risks. A key part of the plan was lancing a specific spot, something I had never done, even with a dermatologist. But based on my skin type and the provider’s clear expertise, I quickly realized I was in incredibly good and trustworthy care. Following the treatment, I had some localized redness over the first 3 days. When I checked in to give feedback, they immediately and kindly offered a few recommendations for me to try at home and even offered a free follow-up if things didn't improve shortly. Everything settled down by day 4 and by day 6, it was as if nothing was ever there. The results were exceptional. This facility is a genuine partner in health and wellness. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment as a significant step on my self-care journey. Highly recommended for any gentleman seeking superior skin health!

I truly wish someone had warned me before I spent hundreds of dollars here and ended up with my face burned. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel a responsibility to help others avoid what I went through. I came in with one clear request: treat broken blood vessels with IPL. After the first procedure, there were absolutely no results. I was told I needed a second session. Before the second appointment, I was then told that they "weren’t even targeting broken vessels" during the first treatment and were focusing on dark spots instead, which made no sense, because I paid over $200 specifically for the issue I came in for. After the second IPL session, again there were no results. At that point I began to worry that the device wasn’t being used correctly. I asked for an alternative option - spot coagulation, because I’d had it done successfully elsewhere in the past with immediate, perfect results. That decision ended terribly. During the procedure I could literally smell my skin burning. I left with visible burns all over my face. This experience was painful, stressful, and expensive, and I’m now dealing with the aftermath. I hope this helps someone else make an informed decision before choosing this place.
