Hello World This Place gets No Stars. But I couldn't leave a post without giving them one star. I couldn't breathe inside the Salon due to the smoking of weed and god knows what else. The Owner and Staff is unprofessional, not people persons, not welcoming the salon dirty. I booked an appointment And I actually showed up and hour early. Then I left and showed up 15 minutes early due to the fact that the owner wasn't there yet. So I said okay. We'll give her time we an hour early. Let's come back in 15mins. I got there 15 minutes before my appointment and owners still not there. Waiting for the owner after the appointment and she's still not. Staff is still rude and nobody helping. Nobody asking who am I there for? I'm sitting there waiting until I got up and asked the young man, Where is the owner? Is she coming? I got an appointment he tells me he don't know. He don't know where she at and Hopefully she is coming. Then he listening to things that my children shouldn't hear and again the weed smoke the it just was bad. And then I tried calling two days before the appointment. Nobody answers the phone. You can't leave a voicemail. The voicemail full and the reason why I was calling because I wanted to let the owner know to Please not be smoke on our appointment time. Please don't be listening to anything disturbing on our appointment time but nobody answered the phone, but guess what I get now why she didn't answer the phone because she wasn't even there for my appointment. She didn't even show up for appointment so we left. They get snow stars and I will never go to them again and God bless those that do go to them. Some people like that lifestyle. If I wanted to go to a unprofessional salon do my hair I would just ask my neighbor with mechanic background and no skills to do hair, do mine. Have a beautiful and blessed day. PS. It's okay when you need to go back to school and take a class for cosmetology, go to school and take a class for being kind and professional. Go to school and take a class for business. Go to school take a class for cleaning to help your business. They might just say, they Don't need help with their business again to each his/her own but never again never ever ever 🤔🫣😨😥💇🏾‍♀️👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Unprofessional! Booked a hair appointment for my birthday 3 weeks in advance. Got a call 3 days before the appointment asking if I could come in that day I said no because my birthday isn’t until Monday the 14th & didn’t want it done too early plus I was at work! Then received a call the day of my appointment at 9am confirming I was still coming I said YES my appointment was at 3pm. Arrived at my appointment at 2:30 to be advised I would have to come back at 5. Completely unprofessional and I would never even attempt to book here again.

First time she asked me to come in earlier but was late, second time o waited an hour, she said that she'd be there in 20 minutes and never showed up. The shop always smells like weed, they're always playing loud offensive music and always having inappropriate conversations. Their work is good but not good enough for me to come back.

Neva again! Unprofessional and Ghetto made an appointment pre paid ahead of time still almost 1 hour and 35 minutes to be addressed!
