The Tease hair salon

Get a referral to anywhere else! I went in and asked about keratin treatments for a chronic frizz problem. They assured me they could address my problem, saying, "you’re gonna love it!" Despite Chanel’s abrasive personality, I made an appointment with Hannah for the next day. It was supposed to take two hours. Hannah told me she was going to let it sit on my hair for 15 minutes. Five minutes later, she hurried through a blow-out and flat-ironed my hair. It looked fine, and based on LOTS of frustrating experience with my hair, I asked her "what if it doesn’t stay?" She laughed and said, "It’ll stay." I waited 3 days to wash it with sulfate-free shampoo, blew it dry the way she did, on Warm, with a round brush. Then, I flat-ironed it. Within just a few hours, it was all frizz again. I did everything right. When I texted her photos of the current condition, Hannah quizzed me, and tried to find an excuse to make this my fault. She offered to do the treatment again, which is not safe. One text said, "whatever you would like for me to do, I’m here for it." I requested a refund at least twice and she refused. She kept insisting that I go back and give her the chance to make it worse! I repeated how important this was to me because I was about to see long distance family that I hadn’t seen in many years. It didn’t matter to her. That $175 I wasted, that I really could NOT afford, is more important to her than her reputation or her integrity.
