Lauren is amazing! I had the worst hair dye experience(turned into green/blue/purple) with someone and Lauren was there to rescue. She's honest, a good listener and willing to work with you until you are happy with your hair. She's also very patient and good at explaining / educating her clients. If she can work with thick, dark and stubborn Asian hair like mine, she can work with any hair type. Plus, it's always pleasant to be around somebody that is positive and encouraging! I highly, highly recommend her.
Lauren does amazing color work and I'm very happy again with my hair! I had to wait a little this time (not usual) and she gave me a discount.
