Kim is amazing! I moved to Chattanooga 6 months ago and it’s always hard to find a new stylist. The first person I saw did not work out, then I found Kim! She’s wonderful. Her salon is so cute, stylish, comfortable and very well equipped. She made me feel well taken care of from the first visit. She seemed to immediately know what I needed and would be good for my hair and lifestyle. She’s made subtle changes along the way and my hair keeps getting better and better! I had highlights today and a fresh cut and couldn’t wait to share it! I can’t recommend her enough. You get a very experienced and talented stylist along with a friendly and relaxing salon experience. She is also very reasonably priced.

Hair magic at its finest! Kim is incredibly talented at what she does. This is definitely her calling and it shows. She made me feel so at ease and right at home. I have definitely found my forever hair girl. I can not say enough great things. I absolutely LOVE my hair!

Kim is really wonderful with her clients. She has created a very comfortable atmosphere and she keeps her clients needs in mind. A warm sherpa cover as she washes hair, comfortable seating, refreshments, and easy conversation. Her skills don't stop there. She makes years of experience an invaluable asset as she uses them to benefit her clients. Thank you Kim for being a reliable resource for self care. Kim is wonderful, and she really cares about what she’s doing. She has high quality natural products for color and tinting, which is not easy to find. The salon is super cute and upbeat, but I almost fell asleep in the chair because it’s so relaxing in there:). So happy to have found a new salon! Love it!

So glad I sent my mom to Love It! Kim is the most genuine stylist you will find in Chattanooga. She made her feel so comfortable and beautiful! Best money I have spent on a gift for my mom in years. I will be booking again for my mom and myself in the future!

I love Kim so much! She genuinely wants you to be happy with your hair cut/color, listens to you and delivers quality hair styling. Her salon is so cute and, since she is the only one on there, it means you’re the only one in the salon- so you get her undivided attention the entire time. I can’t tell you how much I love that! Also, I’m a night shift nurse, and had worked the night before my afternoon appointment so Kim knew I was tired and had only slept a couple hours. That meant, while my highlights were processing, she turned off the lights, put on low music, gave me a blanket and let me sleep until my color was done. Best. Service. Ever. I am not exaggerating!

Kim is a Gem!! She takes the time to listen to what you want and them goes to work. She explains any and every question you have as she goes. I absolutely love my color and I have finally found someone that can give a great haircut and style 🙌 I recommend Kim with all your hair care needs!! Thanks again Kim!! I will be a returning client 🤗
