First time getting a cut and style with Brandi. I’ve got naturally curly hair and she did an awesome job taking care of me. She has a referral program, so also a plus. She took time to listen to me about what I wanted and gave me some pointers. I’ve already booked my next appointment!

Brandi is a true pro—at color, cuts, and at interpreting and bringing to life exactly what you need (and actually want) to do with your hair. I've had the privilege of being in Brandi's chair since moving to Chattanooga in 2019 and would never trust anyone else like I trust her. I have naturally curly hair and she's especially gifted at understanding and bringing out the best in it. Having witnessed her create her own salon from scratch has been an inspiration and a joy. On top of it all, Brandi is patient and kind and has THE best snacks a hungry, hair-needy person could want. She even has a laptop lap-desk that fits in the hair chair, and fully understands, never complains, when I need to work while I'm there. Truly the best there is. Especially if you need pro guidance on what to do with your color or cut—perhaps every time you sit down, like me—Brandi will take care of you like no other.

Had an amazing experience at Urban Collective Salon. My hair was pretty damaged and Brandi was the first stylist to tell me what could be going on. I felt like my friend was styling my hair! She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel so welcomed. I also love my haircut and the products she used. I loved that she wanted to make sure I left satisfied. The staff was also so friendly. You can tell Brandi is passionate about what she does. Can't wait for my next appointment!

Riley was fantastic! She cut my hair perfectly and I really like the color she did. She offered suggestions for how to better care for my hair as well. I don't think I've ever received more compliments on my hair before. She offers the excellent "little things" of customer service as well- offering water or a beverage, asking if I was comfortable, offering a blanket while my hair was wet. I will definitely return to her!

I'm 46 and I have never found a salon that gives me everything I want until now. Brandy made me feel valued. She took the time to listen and got it right like she read my mind. She even explained the different techniques with the options she provided.
