To clarify the timeline and correct the narrative: My hair service was done on 12/17/2025. I contacted the salon the same day requesting a correction. No one returned my calls. I followed up again in January, at which point I finally received a call back. During that call, Angela was not aware of the reason for my contact, and I had to explain the situation from the beginning. Instead of addressing the lack of follow-up or offering a timely correction, the conversation was deflected to internal matters, including that stylists are contractors. That is not the client’s responsibility. I came to the salon for a service. At no point was I asked to come back promptly for a correction. Instead, the responsibility was shifted to requests for photos after weeks of no response. By that time, I no longer felt comfortable returning. Only after I left a review did I receive another call suggesting the situation could be "made to look better." The issue here is not a refusal of a correction — it is repeated failures in follow-up, communication, and accountability. The response posted continues to deflect from that reality. I stand by my review.

Great customer service, from scheduling my appointment to walking out after an amazing cut and eye brow wax. Sandy is a gem! She was kind, attentive, thorough and has by far the best "blending game" I’ve ever experienced. As a short hair girlie, the blend is everything! I will be back! 10/10 recommend!
