Salon H2O Charlotte

This wasn't my first time going in the salon. The salon is very pretty and clean. The colors are so inviting. Every stylist there has a wonderful personality! I can tell the ladies work as a team there. The owner is very personable as well. I moved here from out of state and I am very picky when it comes to my hair. However, Porsche did my hair today and she did an awesome job. She took her time and did my relaxer correctly. She took her time and did a good shampoo. Also, I do like the fact that they use professional base products. That's a positive for me! If you are looking for a stylist that has a very warm personality and does great work; give Porsche a call! She will not disappoint

This was my first time at the salon and I just want to say they did a phenomenal job!!! My experience was the best. Porsche was my stylist and she did so great. She’s so sweet, and had great conversation! My color is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I was striving for!! This salon is full of radiant, great vibes. These ladies really make you feel comfortable. I will be back, i’ve found my salon! ❤️

This was my first time at the salon and I had an amazing experience. This place is a true gem. I'm not from Charlotte so I'm just learning my way around the city. I'm very sensitive about my hair so I asked one of my Lyft drivers if she knew any good natural hair salons, and luckily she recommended Salon H2O. Porsche was my stylist and she was very gentle and sweet. I didn't catch the other stylist's name, but she was also very warm and professional. Porsche asked about my hair goals, made some suggestions, and gave me a beautiful haircut. My only regret is that I didn't come here sooner! I'm beyond happy with my haircut. Once again thank you for taking care of me Porsche!

I called and made a last minute appointment when driving by. I'd never been to this salon before. They were very accommodating and did an awesome job on my pixie haircut and style. My stylist Porsha/Portia was extremely friendly and understood exactly how I wanted my hair done. Salon H2O has a new client now! I'm excited about my next appointment (color)!

This place is ridiculous and overpriced, first it took them 2 days to get back to me with an appointment, then they wanted to know how long my hair was and they asked for a picture of my hair, (from there I knew it was going to be a waste of time but I continued to play along to see how far they will go.) A women's haircut in the area includes washing , cutting and styling. This place told me if I wanted to get the full service (that everyone else offers), the cost will start at $120.00 ridiculous! . The next day I got a very nice and professional haircut at another salon in the area. (Washed and styling for $ 55.00 . ( Very Fair price ) . This place only opens 3 or 4 days a week but they want to charge customers and make up for the days they are closed. Be careful.

The salon is relaxing and has kind and experienced stylists. They care about healthy hair and are able to provide great styles with out sacrificing hair health. I highly recommend them for your next service. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the service that I have received from their stylists.
