Ruth's wonderful stylist Sheila and Tracey have moved to Charlottetown Hairstylist.

I would not recommend this place. Men’s haircuts start at $28. The person who cut my hair only took 15 minutes to cut. No neck shave, No wash and no shampoo. It was sloppy haircut. I didn’t realize the mistakes until I got home. In the picture you can see the neck line is cut uneven , from left to right. Rest of haircut is uneven too. I should have known when the stylist didn’t hand me a mirror at the end of the cut. I can’t speak for women but I would advise men to skip this place. Waste of money.

Woke up this morning completely frustrated with my hair and knew it was time for a haircut! I don’t have a go-to stylist so while I was at lunch uptown I looked up the closest salon near me with the best reviews and low and behold I found Ruth’s Hair Salon! They have amazing reviews for a reason. I called them to see if they could squeeze me in today for a haircut and they didn’t hesitate to tell me to come on in! I saw Tracey and she was awesome & has the best personality which is a plus. She listened to exactly what I wanted (small trim with long simple layers so I could keep my length) and did AMAZING. I love how my hair feels and looks now! My fiancé will be coming to see Tracey soon for a haircut and I already know I’m going to be returning and recommending her to everyone I know!! 🙂

Got to see the new shop at Park Square when Tracey cut my hair today. Same friendly and quick service, much better location with ample parking. Tracey (and Sheila) are the best. Great, quick cut for only $25! So glad they are still going to continue doing what they do so well!

I have been going to have Tracey cut my hair for several years now and am totally satisfied with the service. They are extremely friendly and remember exactly how you like your hair cut. I would highly recommend them!

Ruth's is literally the best salon in Charlotte. Men, women, children. For everyone. The hair stylists there can do everything from simple to complex and you will not leave unsatisfied. Seriously....best service in Charlotte. Let's not forget that it is also like 30% less expensive than your average salon as well. If not more.....It's an unbelievable deal. One of my favorite spots in Charlotte.

I was a walk-in in the middle of the afternoon. They had an available salonist, so I went directly to a seat for a cut. I asked specifically for a trip and swoop bang cut. My stylist Sheila was great and gave me exactly what I asked for. She was sure to check with me as she cut, so that I received what I wanted. The cut only cost me $15! I'll take the deal any day. I don't get hair cuts often, but you can be sure the next time I want one I'll go to Ruth's and ask for Sheila.

These ladies are by far the best in town.You are in and out. I left them for a closer barber for a year. Biggest mistake I ever made. I came back and it was like I never left. If you want to listen to techno with a drink in your hand and pay a ton of money go for it. Ill stick to getting a better cut, better conversation and more money in my wallet any day of the week. Love you ladies!
