It is hard to put into words how impressed I am with my hair! Before Spencer, I have always been meh about my hair. I love having it done, but the only time it ever felt beautiful is right after leaving the salon. Once I got home, washed it, and saw it in different light, my love for it would fade. Spencer has made getting my hair done something that I enjoy from the moment I leave to my next appointment. I have taken to styling my hair daily and loving my hair both up and down with her advice and help. She makes the service even better with a really nice lap desk that is perfect for working during appointments, under-eye patches and snacks. This makes the service feel even more luxurious.

I’ve been seeing Spencer for the past two years and I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my hair. She’s incredibly talented, down to earth, and easy to talk to. Every appointment feels like catching up with a friend who just happens to make your hair look amazing. She's taken me from dark brunette to bright blonde, and my hair is still so healthy! She always listens, gives honest advice, and gets it right every single time!

Where to start. This has probably been the best hair experience I have had in 7 years in Charleston. I didn’t leave the salon disappointed - in fact; I left mind blown and speechless on the transformation. My husband’s jaw DROPPED when he saw my hair - which has never happened. I went in for a multi-tone color (best way to describe it) where the colors and highlights blended and transitioned. I didn’t want linear highlights that looked like they didn’t belong. Each strands looks like it was colored individually - the blend and transition is unbelievable. All those pictures you see on the internet and Instagram… yeah.. that was my hair - it looked like AI colored my hair. Not only did Spencer deliver - she exceeded the expectations. She was honest - was reasonable with excitations (telling me she can achieve something on my hair when it’s physically not possible). I found my permanent hair dresser. She will not disappoint and you will not be disappointed. I don’t know how much more I can recommend Spencer - except that I do!

After having recently moved to Charleston for work, it was time to find a new hair stylist. I had been going to the same stylist for 15 yrs, so finding someone new was very anxiety provoking. After doing some research online I kept coming across Spencer’s name, and took a leap of faith and booked an appt. I was a "bronde" (more on the brown side than blonde), but wanted to be blonder and brighter with dimension. From the second you step foot in Spencer's salon, she makes you feel comfortable and tbh I felt like we were already friends. After talking about my hair and my goals(which she confirmed that I need to be blonder), she got straight to work. We did a full transformation (highlight, toner, haircut, styling) in 3.5 hours, which felt so quick from my previous salon experiences. Let me tell you that Spencer absolutely killed it! My hair has life, dimension, and she gave me the blonde of my dreams. I cannot stop looking at my hair and telling my fiance how obsessed I am with it (and Spencer!)! She is trustworthy, professional, and her skills speak for themselves. I already booked my next appt and cannot wait to go back. I cannot recommend Spencer enough!!

I cannot express how positive my experience was. Spencer is an absolute joy, and her work is even more admirable. I am extremely picky with hairdressers and once I find someone I like, it's hard to pry me away from them. Recently having moved to Charleston, it took me a while to find the right person. Spencer took her time educating me and figuring out exactly what I wanted/needed. She seamlessly worked with my thick black Asian hair to bring me back to the full dimensional lived-in blonde that I wanted with full foil. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a self-proclaimed curly expert for 20 years, and I thought I’d seen it all, until I found Spencer. She is a hidden curly expert who deserves to advertise it more! From the very first appointment, she taught me things I didn’t know, styled my curls exactly how I wear them (without me even saying a word), and introduced me to products I now love. For the first time ever, I walked out of a salon ready to go straight to dinner or an event without saying, "It’ll look better once I wash and style it myself." That was a game-changer. She was right: curly girls often miss out on the full salon experience, and I never realized I was missing it until now. She’s incredibly talented, understands curls on another level, and is just plain cool to be around. A+. I’ll be with her for as long as I’m in Charleston.

Spencer is one of the most amazing humans I have ever met and so talented! I’ve been going to her for 5 or 6 years now. She has given me the tools and techniques to really love my curly hair. She also is a unicorn hair master, I’ve done everything from bring my natural blonde out to doing vivid colors. And she just nails it EVERY TIME! I literately don’t know what I would do if I didn’t meet this amazing person who also is a bada** in her career!
