I called a couple weeks ago to schedule an appointment with Karen and never received a call back. I had dinner across the street and saw her and spoke with her and she said she was retiring and not accepting new clients, thats great, happy retirement. She did recommend someone else and was very kind but a call back would have been polite.

Amazing little salon! Michelle did an amazing job with my curt, color/highlights, and styling. My hair is super fine, and she knows exactly how to cut fine hair to give it body and life. I won't go anywhere else in Charleston.

I have been using this salon for over 25 years and can't say enough about the services I have received. All a perfect 10! Karen is absolutely the best.

Michelle refused to do my hair after making an appointment months in advance, after I arrived early and was waiting. Not to mention I cancelled plans and planned things around my appointment. A friend of mine wanted her hair toned a little more after it was done and she refused.

I am not a hard person to please and always thankful..I cannot express how amazing my hair is with the first time all over highlights..I received exactly what I wanted! Excellent service! Warm and friendly atmosphere with added professionals. Another wonderful experience at Hair Fitness today. Everyone that works there brings a certain charm. Plus the exterior has brought a uplifting change to the neighborhood. A bite to eat at Plantation Pharmacy and a relaxing cut at Hair Fitness.

Michelle is absolutely amazing! She's kind, friendly and super attentive to her clients. They have done a tremendous job at implementing safety procedures and regulations due to Covid.
