I have a stubborn wavy hair and got Korean magic perm by Hanna. As you can see from the pictures, Hanna did an amazing job! She is so talented and I can’t recommend her enough to someone looking for a good magic perm in Orange County. Definitely worth the drive from San Diego:)

I was a walk in, came on a Monday morning at 11. I expected there to be a long wait time since I didn't have an appointment but they got me in a chair in 10 minutes to start my hair wash! I have been looking for a place that has experience with Asian hair as I'm super picky. I wanted curtain bangs and long layers and can I just say that I AM IN LOVE. Haircut was $60. Place was beautiful. I'm so glad I came!

I have been going to Cookie Taylor for very long time. Yuna is very clean, always pleased with my hairstyle. Highly recommend.

This review is for February 2020. I found Yuna through a friend referral and I'm very picky about my hair cuts. I have Asian thick hair that weighs very heavy when it grows too long. I asked Yuna for long layers and to help my hair feel less heavy. She always knows what I'm thinking about. There is a bit of a language barrier with Yuna but not too much (Korean dominant), but she always gets it my hair right! If you are picky about your hair and want modern style haircuts, want to support a small business, and have a less expensive haircut? Yuna is definitely the place!

Good haircut and reasonable price, would recommend! They also wash your hair and condition them before the haircut which not a lot of places do.

Yuna and her staff took their time and even did a shampoo before and after the cut. Some other places I've been to do only one or the other or none. She also gave me a little head massage which I enjoyed. As a male, one of the annoying things about getting your hair cut is that hair gets everywhere on your clothes even with the apron on. They give you a little mini robe that covers most of your clothes well. I was expecting it to be more expensive given all the nice touches but it was about $25 before tip. Will be going back again in the future.
