I’m really disappointed with the service I received from Jennifer at Kokomo Salon. During our consultation, we agreed on a specific haircut and reference photo, but the end result looked nothing like what we discussed. The cut appears uneven in several areas and doesn’t resemble the agreed-upon style at all. When I reached out with my concerns, I was told that the cut was "perfectly even" and that the issue was due to my natural waves but that explanation didn’t align with what I can clearly see. I felt my feedback was dismissed rather than genuinely addressed, which was very disappointing after trusting her professional judgment. At this point, I don’t even feel comfortable returning to have it corrected. I had higher expectations for both the quality of the service and the way my concerns were handled.

Jennifer is so sweet and always does a beautiful job on my hair! She is super attentive to every detail and every time I go in, she listens to exactly what I want and makes sure to deliver the perfect cut! Not only is she a skilled stylist, but she is also kind and genuinely cares about making her clients feel comfortable and happy. I always leave with exactly what I want and Jennifer never fails to give the best experience!

I’ve been going to Jen for at least five years and I’ve honestly never been disappointed. As a guy with long hair, it’s not always easy to find someone you can fully trust—but Jen gets it every time. Amazing experience with Jennifer! Her space was very inviting and the relaxing spa shampoo session with scalp massage was the best part of my day! I had lifeless curls that needed some TLC. Jennifer gave me a great cut and tips on caring for my new curly do. It was a great experience from beginning to end and I will be back for some color next time. Highly recommend!!
