Men's haircut was $30, which is a little high, but absolutely worth it. I got a high skin fade and he took his time with meticulous precision! Then got out the straight razor for the neck. Also, came with a free wash. I will definitely go back.

Rude , shady , and incompetent. I asked for a beard trim and line up, the guy (chubby guy smoking outside all the time) does bad a job, and when I critiqued it, and I was about to leave, he goes "Next time don't come if you don't like". Very Rude. Then they charge me $30 bucks for a beards trim and line up which had no lines, they said if you pay cash you pay 25 for a beard shady. Terrible people terrible service , if I could give less than 1 star I would. I do not recommend them at all.

I really like the service here! They are very professional and friendly! They attend to details and double check with what you want every once in a while. It’s worth my time as I always drive half an hour to Cary just to visit them. I would totally recommend!

We love Alan and Sunny here at their amazing hair studio. My mom, her friend, her friend's mom and my husband love getting their haircut here and my husband loves the hot shave. At first, I was surprised they don't make appointments but it's a wonderful system and it works perfectly well. You never wait more than a few minutes. And today I'm on cloud 9 because Alan and Sunny made my dream of Japanese Hair Straightening come true yesterday; they fussed and poured their passion over my hair for 5 hours and I walked out with the most perfect soft silky beautiful hair. I am so happy I could cry. They are absolute HAIR MASTERS!!!!!!!!!! I respect them so much. And the price is perfectly fair, which is very kind. Thank you so much for being here in Cary for us and I will be back for many more hair treatments.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Z’s salon for nearly three years, and Z (Allen) and his wife, Lucy, are hands down the best stylists I’ve ever worked with. Every visit leaves me completely satisfied with my cut and the thorough treatment they provide. The hot towel shaves are incredibly relaxing - they use warmed shaving cream and really take their time to make it a pampering experience. Their newer massage services are fantastic as well and add another level of luxury to the visit. What really sets this place apart is their attention to detail and genuine care for customers. They think of everything, like having clear sections in the haircut capes so kids can still see their tablets during their cuts. It’s these thoughtful touches that show how much they care about making everyone comfortable. The quality and service here is so exceptional that I honestly don’t want to go anywhere else for my hair. Z and his wife work incredibly hard to create an amazing experience every single time. My husband says that the lady barber has a very unpleasant underarm odor. The haircut is not nice, she didnt follow what he wants. It cost $25 then we paid but she stop us before going out the barbershop and ask for a tip. Multiple times. We are confuse. We dont wanna tip her coz it is not really nice and it is not what we want. Still she wants us to tip her. Tip becomes obligatory. We are willing though, it’s just that the service is so poor. We are so disappointed and frustrated.

I have been going there now for about two years and I have never been disappointed. Mr Z is the best Barber I have ever had. I moved here from GA and the service I have found in this shop is unmatched. Yes I'm still going to Mr Z's for my hair. Even though my hair is thinning he still finds away to keep me sharp. Yes I have more hair on my face then on my head now, but Mr Z and his staff keep my head and face perfect. I just got back off a cruise to the Caribbean so many people complimented me on my face and hair. Yes I'm black, but no one has ever been so good for me. If you don't believe me just give them a chance 😁. I'll leave it at that and he is always open.
