The Best Korean Hair Salon in NC! This salon is truly exceptional at recreating popular Korean hairstyles, even better than salons in Korea! I regularly get my haircut from the male head stylist, and I’m always satisfied with the results. Whenever I bring a photo or describe the style I want, he takes the time to carefully review it with me. He also considers the unique characteristics of my hair, such as its texture and natural growth direction, and tailors the style to suit me perfectly. His cuts are always precise. I've never had any issues with uneven lengths or missed spots. The pricing is also very reasonable, considering the high level of skill and service provided. Whenever friends ask about my hairstyle, I recommend this place without hesitation. Everyone who’s visited on my recommendation has been satisfied. Disappointed after a promising start I’ve been getting my hair cut once a month, and for the past two months, I went to Scissorhands after finding them in the phone book. The first visit was great—my stylist was skilled, and I was really pleased with the cut. I went back the following month and had another great experience with the same stylist. I called today to confirm the date of my next appointment (since they don’t give reminder cards or call you), and was told that my stylist no longer works there. When I asked if someone else could take the appointment I had lined up, I was told no. The person I spoke with briefly looked through the schedule but ultimately said there was no availability. No offer to rebook. No effort to retain a loyal customer. Just… nothing. After two great visits, I’m disappointed that the follow-through and customer service fell so flat. It’s hard not to feel like I was just brushed off.

I had an amazing experience! Best location I've been to for a haircut. Highly skilled and professional workers at this location. The workers here will work with you and have great understanding in their field. 100 percent would recommend to anyone especially people with Asian hair. Andy was just amazing!

I’ve been coming to scissorhands for a few years now and they are consistently the best for asian hair. Nobody does perms and haircuts like them. Definitely worth the money. Owners are very nice!
