Took my daughter to get a haircut and all she wanted was a trim and the lady that spoke no English obviously didn’t understand the assignment and cut her hair real short with clippers not scissors. My daughter left that place crying and really upset. Charged me $55.00 for chopping off my daughter’s hair off. I regret paying her and will never go back to this place.

100% recommend this place (Selene or Celine was my stylist). If you just want a simple cut with layers, which can be surprisingly hard to find a good place that frames the face very well, this is the place to be!!

I asked a male employee at the front desk if anyone know how to cut curly hair. He said "yes." They cut my hair that was little over my shoulder length. I wanted to trim the hair and even showed the lady 4 photos of my preferred length. Not too short, where I can not tie my hair. The lady cut it so fast and short and made me look like the guy from a movie: Charlie and the chocolate factory. This has to be the world’s fastest haircut I ever had, it took her less than 3 min to cut it. And usually when I go and cut my hair, the hairdresser take their time and check that the hair hair has the same length and divides your hair in multiple sections to cut it.. she was not good with the scissors and cut my hair in to sections like she was cutting paper. when she washed my hair, I had water splashing on my face, she did not put any conditioner and the water was cold. Everything she did was in a hurry like someone was running after her. She used hairdryer to dry half of my hair and straighten it, and then later used hair dryer on the other half and later straightened my hair. My hair was frizzy. I understand that they want to make money. But if you don’t know how to cut certain hair. Don’t say yes and mess up someone’s hair. I kept telling her you cutting to much and it’s to short and she kept saying "oh, it will be long when I straighten your hair" like, for real are you dumb? I would definitely not use this place again, and if you have curly hair find another place. Not everyone can cut all kind of hair. I should not even have to pay at all, and I had to ask to get a discount. So instead of paying $56 the male employee told me to Venmo him $40. A 9 years old child would have cut my hair better.

I was extremely happy with the services rendered by Kevin . I needed a makeover so bad. My hair was blaah. Couldn't describe it any better. Kevin came to my rescue. He gave me advice. He listened to what I wanted instead of just what he wanted to do. I needed color on my hair and he did a wonderful job! Kevin takes pride in his work and I was treated with professionalism and so much patience. I don't usually do a lot with my hair but after the service I got I am going back, and nowhere else! Love that place!! Thanks Kevin!
