I can not say enough good things about this business! Myself and my three daughters are all clients of Natalie Urban and she is our hair QUEEN!!!! We all have different goals in terms of hair color and Natalie not only listens but consults and helps achieve those goals! I am 58 years old - had hair done whole life - and have never met someone as professional and talented in her craft as Natalie Urban! I am lucky to live close by but if I had to - I would travel to see her! My 3 girls do! Book with her! Thank you Natalie! I’m so lucky to sit in your chair🥰

First cut with Tawny was great! She knew exactly what I wanted and needed and wasn't like your typical gossip-happy hairstylist. Sometimes it's nice to not have to do a lot of talking and just get serviced. Love how she styled my hair too. Will definitely be seeing her again!! 😊 Plus the decor of the place is so chic, fun and inviting!

I followed Andrea from another salon- because she’s the best! 💇🏼 I love this new salon! Noelle was there and introduced herself and was visiting with everyone like we were all old friends. Great vibe! Of course my hair is perfect and I love it! I couldn’t recommend Andrea or the Noelle Salon more! I look forward to trying their other salon, Stainless in Encinitas, to try the other services they offer there!

I have always been extremely happy with my cut/color. Richard takes his time, and I never feel like he is rushed to move onto his next client. He has years of experience in this industry. He is very knowledgeable and does his work with excellence.

Tawny is an amazing stylist! She always knows what I want without me ever having to specify. She takes great care and pride in everything she does! The rest of the staff is equally as amazing and friendly!

Richard is an amazing hairstylist. He’s a good listener keeps everything quirky and light with his humor and follows strict safety guidelines. I felt very safe at the salon with all the open air and distancing.
