From the moment you walk in, you’re reminded of everything that makes Aveda so special — the calming aroma, the tea, the relaxing hand massage, and the overall attention to detail. Jade truly spoiled me in every way. She was incredibly talented, thoughtful, and made me feel completely pampered. My hair turned out amazing, and the entire experience felt like a luxury retreat. If you’re looking for a salon that brings back the classic Aveda experience with top-tier service, Roots is the place to go. Highly recommend Jade!

Amanda is amazing! She works efficiently and always makes me feel beautiful when I leave. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a hair stylist that listens to you and learns to understand what your hair needs and what you want. I loved my experience with Sara Cook at Roots Salon! She gave me an amazing haircut — fresh, flattering, and exactly what I wanted. The scalp massage during the wash was next-level relaxing (seriously, so good), and the blowout at the end was flawless. On top of that, the Aveda hair oil she used made my hair feel unbelievably healthy, soft, and shiny — it felt nourished, not weighed down at all. I have a lot of curly hair! Sara is incredibly talented, attentive, and makes the whole experience feel luxurious. I can’t recommend her enough!

Jade Harvey at Roots Salon is amazing! She listened to exactly what I wanted and made my hair look better than I imagined. The cut, color, everything came out perfect.
